Ashlyn Alloway, 5’9, F, 2022, Olathe North
Another Missouri Phenom player for North who gets up the floor and makes plays in transition. She’s quick to get back on defense and has a strong frame and is mobile enough to defend in open space. She is great at forcing turnovers and has the handles to keep the ball herself in transition and go coast-to-coast and score. An intriguing sophomore player who is versatile and extremely competitive.
Taedyn Gray, 6’2, F, 2022, Shawnee Mission West
A KC Dream player over the summer who showcases solid overall size and ability to make plays off the ball. Gray is good at collapsing the ball and has strong hands and a lot of strength. She can take the ball away from opponents and also block shots and take away the lane. She is still a young player who is becoming more involved on offense but she’s playing her best on defense as a rim protector.
Tamara Harris-Webster, 5’9, F, 2022, Shawnee Mission Northwest
A good sized small forward who looks to slash, attack the basket and score from the corner 3-point spot. She’s a good rebounder and makes an impact as a second-chance scorer. Harris-Webster has a nice one-handed floater a few feet from the basket and uses the glass and put up her shots before opponents collapse or look to contest.
Yiibari Nwidadah, 6’0, C, 2022, Olathe North
An impressive standout with terrific size and athleticism. Nwidadah has terrific defensive awareness and shows an ability to dominate as a rebounder and shot-blocker. She is good in an up-and-down style of play, but also has the ability to slow down and post up. An underrated player in her class who is making a name for herself game after game. A nice athlete with great length and strong hands.
Kristen Markos, 5’11, C, 2022, Gardner-Edgerton
A center on the rise who has good height and good vision for her position. Markos has strong hands and can come down with the ball and secure timely rebounds both on the defensive end and on offense. She can also score in transition serving as a cleans up player. She also sells contact and gets to the free throw line as well.
