2021 Jayde Gamble – Holly Springs – Guard
Jayde Gamble is a fearless guard that can distribute and score on all three levels. Even more, she’s a pest on the defensive end that makes her presence known. She finished with 25 points, seven steals and four assists as she led the way by example for her squad. Don’t underestimate her size, she plays big for a player of her caliber.
2020 Majesti Richardson – Holly Springs – Forward
Majesti Richardson was a beast in the paint for the Lady Golden Hawks, finishing with 12 points and 12 rebounds in their comeback victory. She doesn’t try to overdo things down low and is a bruiser that makes her opponent work on offense. She’s an unsigned senior to get eyes on.
2023 Staci Williams – Holly Springs – Guard
Staci Williams is a freshman to watch for the Golden Hawks. She posted 26 points on 7-of-10 shooting from the field in their overtime win. Williams shot 5-of-6 from the 3-point line, showing off her confidence and range in the Holly Springs win and also dished out six assists. She’s a young prospect to keep an eye on.
2022 Sammy Ackles – Holly Springs – Forward
Sammy Ackles has some potential in the paint for Holly Springs. She finished with 21 points and 13 rebounds and has nice size at 6-foot-3 and good hands in the post. She finished with eight blocks as well, showing off her ability to protect the rim. She’s a young prospect to track early at Holly Springs.
2023 Reychel Douglas – Millbrook – Wing
Reychel Douglas is a prospect that I’ve gotten a few looks at already and she’s impressed every time. She finished with 15 points despite the result and continues to find her way as an all-around threat on the floor. Her length and how she uses it will be key to her development.
2021 Reiven Douglas – Millbrook – Guard
Reiven Douglas returned to the lineup for the Lady Wildcats. She’s working her way back from an ankle injury and as the game progressed, she found her rhythm getting to the rim. She put up 13 points, with 11 coming in the second half. As she finds her way back in the rotation, look for her to produce a lot more.
2021 Keanna Rembert – Millbrook – Forward
Keanna Rembert is another prospect that continues to impress. Rembert was aggressive all game long, enough so she ended up fouling out in the fourth quarter. She finished with 19 points and a number of rebounds to pace the Lady Wildcats offense.
2023 Destinee Barnes – Millbrook – Forward
With Rembert battling foul trouble, Destinee Barnes got an opportunity to show what she could do and that she did. She showed off her ability to get to the rim and finish through contact on a number of And-1s to keep things close down the stretch. She finished with 14 points and four made free throws when it was all said and done. She’s a post prospect to track early on.
