Class of 2021: Unsigned Sleepers
The class of 2021 is very deep, even more so than the 2020 class. There are already 8 signings to Power 5 programs in the class, and we will surely see many more college signings with the amount of talent spread throughout the class of 2021. It will be interesting to see how this travel season will play out, but here are some 2021’s in the lower half of our *newly* top 100 rankings to keep an eye on this summer as well as next year:
Isabella Prada Isabella Prada 5'6" | CG Bishop McLaughlin | 2021 State FL , 5’6 Guard, Tampa Thunder
Isabella brings major energy to her team, but she does it with a veteran poise. She’s a verifiable athlete that can score at all levels with her pretty jumper and strong, creative finishes at the rim. If her rebounding and ability to set up teammates doesn’t get you going, check out her incredible academics.
Jahnae Midget Jahnae Midget 5'11" | SF Seminole Ridge | 2021 State FL , 5’11 Wing, Wellington Wolves
Jahnae can score in bunches with her strength to score through contact inside. I’ve been most impressed with her rebounding and ability to use her length in all aspects of her game. She has an evolving outside and mid-range game that she can really hurt her opponents with.
Keegan Brace Keegan Brace 5'7" | CG Lake Howell | 2021 State FL , 5’7 Guard, TNBA
Good luck finding another player in the state with the work ethic that Keegan has. She plays harder than anyone of both ends of the floor with a lot of speed and tenacity. Her passing and rebounding has improved a ton, and she has some crafty handles to attack and penetrate to open the offense up.
Daniella Aronsky Daniella Aronsky 5'8" | CG American Heritage | 2021 State FL , 5’8 Guard, Miami Suns
Daniella is a sharp shooter who is an even better passer. She’s very aware of where her scorers are and totally runs the offense. She is an extension of the coach on the court, and she takes care of the rock better than most in the state.
Emily Jimenez Emily Jimenez 5'10" | CG Cardinal Gibbons | 2021 State FL , 5’10 Guard, South Beach Elite
Emily is one of the best defensive stoppers in the 2021 class. She’s always matched up against the top guard of an opposing team. She runs the floor well and can shoot it from the outside too. I think she will make big strides in her game this summer.
Selah Reddick Selah Reddick 5'9" | SF Raines | 2021 State FL , 5’9 Wing, FGB
Selah is a ball hawk on defense. She collapses on opposing teams and crowds those passing lanes. I think she’s an underrated shooter with nice form, and she’s also got the vision to find her teammates in the open court.
Morgan McDaniel, 5’9 Guard, East Coast United
Morgan’s game has made huge improvements from just a year ago. She can run an offense by being vocal and how well she distributes the rock. She’s a crafty finisher around the rim and rebounds extremely well for a guard.
