1A Quarterfinal: #4 Montezuma (46) vs. Saint Ansgar (51) Box Score
Montezuma got off to a hot start leading by 10 points in the first quarter. Saint Ansgar was able to cut that lead to four points by the end of the quarter and was able to hold them to just four points in the second quarter. The size of Saint Ansgar hurt Montezuma as they were able to force them into shooting under 30 percent from beyond the arc which is very low for them. Saint Ansgar was 15-of-17 from the line in the game which undoubtedly spurred them down the stretch in clutch moments.
