From Kobe Bryant (RIP) visiting Cashmere High School to watch Hailey Van Lith Hailey Van Lith 5'7" | PG Cashmere | 2020 State WA play to Keeli Burton-Oliver Keeli Burton-Oliver 6'3" | C Eastlake | 2020 State WA ’s dominant run to lead Eastlake to a 4A state title in her junior season. The list goes on and on and it has been a joy to watch this group and I am even more excited to see these players move to the collegiate levels and see how they continue to grow and develop. With the final rankings comes an update to the top 5.
2020 Class: Final Top 5
1: 5’7 PG Hailey Van Lith Hailey Van Lith 5'7" | PG Cashmere | 2020 State WA (Cashmere HS)
- The state’s all time leading scorer, McDonald’s All American, Jordan Brand Classic All American, 4x USA Gold Medalist, 2x Gatorade State Player of the Year, adidas All American, adidas USA Select team member, 2x adidas Gauntlet Runner-Up. The accomplishments go on and on and each of them have been possible due to her unparalleled work ethic and competitiveness. Van Lith will be playing at the KFC Yum center for Louisville this upcoming Fall.
2: 6’4 PF Dalayah Daniels Dalayah Daniels 6'4" | PF Garfield | 2020 State WA (Garfield HS)
- The second McDonald’s All American and Jordan Brand Classic All American for Washington’s 2020 class. Daniels walked away from her high school career as a 3A State Champion, 3A State Runner-Up, Metro League MVP and a lasting legacy at Garfield High School in the three years she spent there. She will be playing her college ball for the California Golden Bears. *Feature image
3: 5’11 SG Jayda Noble Jayda Noble 5'11" | SG Mt. Spokane | 2020 State WA (Mt. Spokane HS)
- Adidas All-American, adidas USA Select Team Member, 15u adidas Gauntlet National Champion and MVP, GSL MVP and 3A State Championship Runner-Up in her junior year. Noble displayed the total package by her senior year and won at every level along the way. Mt. Spokane’s star will be staying in the Evergreen State and suiting up for the Washington Huskies.
4: 6’3 C Keeli Burton-Oliver Keeli Burton-Oliver 6'3" | C Eastlake | 2020 State WA (Eastlake HS)
- One of the most physically dominant post players Washington has seen in the last few years. Burton-Oliver walked away from Eastlake High School with a 4A State Championship and State MVP, as well as adidas National Championship Runner-Up, adidas All American, adidas USA Select Team Member and a tons of records throughout Eastlake’s record book. A future Arizona State Sun Devil of the Pac-12.
5: 6’2 PF Jordyn Jenkins Jordyn Jenkins 6'2" | PF Kentridge | 2020 State WA (Kentridge HS)
- A player that suffered a knee tear midway through her senior season, but Jenkins put together a really strong resume throughout her high school career. 4A State Champion, 1st Team All-State Performer, top 50 national ranking, SPSL MVP and multiple time All-League performer. Jenkins will suit up for the USC Trojans as her knee regains health and strength.
