The kids we identify have already proven themselves on the court during their sophomore campaign and was going to add to it before the COVID19 Pandemic occurred.
2022, 5’6, PG, Corona Santiago HS, Londynn Jones Londynn Jones 5'5" | PG Santiago | 2022 State #9 Nation CA – Londynn is a joy to watch, she is a dynamic point guard with the confidence of a giant. She is strong, quick, athletic, can handle it well and is a nightmare on defense. She can score in all types of ways, she can dime her teammates off, but her best attribute to the game is her finishing at the rim thru major contact. This kid can go, we loved watching her play.
2022, 5’7, PG, Bear Creek HS, Junae Mahan Junae Mahan 5'7" | SG Bear Creek HS | 2022 State CA – Junae is more of a scoring guard but handles the rock for her team in some instances. She has much athleticism, she can handle the rock and not get ripped as well as get to the rim anytime she feels. She will continue to improve but we believe she is defensive minded and a team leader.
2022, 5’6, PG, Rosary Academy HS, Kaylee Byon Kaylee Byon 5'6" | PG Rosary Academy | 2022 State CA – Kaylee is nice, she plays with a type of a swag to her game, which is very entertaining to watch. She has a nice handle, she can get to the rim for a floater and she can shoot the three pointer. She plays good defense on her opponent, but her best attribute to the game is knocking down threes off the bounce and getting her team back in to tough games.
2022, 5’7, PG, Saint Josephs Notre Dame HS, Talana Lepolo Talana Lepolo 5'7" | PG Saint Joseph Notre Dame HS | 2022 State CA – Smooth and confident guard that always has her head to make the lead pass that leads directly to a basket. She can pass better than most and her dimes to teammates are contagious which makes her teammates easy to play with. Her handles are good, she can get to the rim anytime she wants with her patent euro-step and the no look dime to her teammate. Her midrange game is good and the three pointer is developing, did not see her shoot it much.
2022, 5’7, PG, Providence HS, Jyah LoVett Jyah LoVett 5'7" | CG Fort Wayne Snider | 2022 State IN – Jyah is a monster on the court, she is the definition of a player and everyone on the floor knows it. She can get to the rim at will, she can pull up and knock down the jumper as well as make the open three pointer. She is an elite defender, what you call a stopper in our opinion, but she is focused to get the job done on the floor always. She is a coaches point guard and most are not ready to guard her without help. She is a problem!
