Here is a look at 5 players from the soon to be senior class, that we think will be Division 1 All-Conference college players:
Kenzie Bowers Kenzie Bowers 5'10" | PG Kent City | 2021 State MI (2021, PG, Kent City)
Bowers is committed to Division 1 Illinois State University. Congratulations to them, because they have a future All-Conference player. She’s an elite 3 point shooter and that will transfer to the next level. Bowers ability to hit from anywhere on the floor will continue after high school.
Jillian Brown Jillian Brown 5'10" | CG East Grand Rapids | 2021 State #55 Nation MI (2021, CG, East Grand Rapids)
Brown is an elite talent in Michigan, but the thing is, she’s still improving at a high rate. Brown is an excellent shooter from behind the arc and athletic enough to create opportunities. She has a very high ceiling, and mark my words, will EXCEL at a D1 school.
Damiya Hagemann Damiya Hagemann 5'8" | PG Detroit Edison | 2021 State #35 Nation MI (2021, PG, Detroit Edison)
Hagemann, in my opinion, is one of the most prolific floor generals in the country. She squeezes passes into tight spaces and can actually get a teammate open with her pass. Hagemann can play at any pace, but is very dangerous in the open floor. Her ability to create will make her an elite player in college.
Bree Salenbien Bree Salenbien 6'2" | SF Lenawee Chrisrian | 2021 State #47 Nation MI (2021, SF, Lenawee Christian)
Salenbien is an elite wing talent in the midwest and should be considered a top 100 player in the country. Her height, length, and ball skills are a rare combination that will help her excel at the next level. Salenbien is a threat to score from anywhere on the floor. She’ll get buckets, not just in high school, but wherever she ends up after that.
Morasha Wiggins Morasha Wiggins 6'0" | SF Kalamazoo Central | 2021 State #42 Nation MI (2021, G/F, Kalamazoo Central)
Wiggins suffered a knee injury and was out much of last high school season. But let’s not forget how truly gifted she is. She’s a tough minded 2 way player and will excel on both ends of the floor in college. Her ability to finish through contact on offense screams of an elite college player. Wiggins can lock up superstars on the perimeter and the wing. This will make her an All-Conference D1 player someday.
