Iycez Adams | Glenn High | SF/PF | 2021
It is no wonder that Iycez has had the eyes of Division I schools for a while now seeing her ability to play at the forward position. The ECU commit seems to thrive on contact from other players whether she is blocking their attempted shot or scoring a bucket while getting fouled. Her inside presence definitely shows how much strength and force she has while playing. She even shows her quickness by running the floor and being available for guards to get the ball to on a fast break. She also helps her teammates get involved as she shows patience letting a play develop and dishing the ball to the best person. She will continue to thrive as she moves on to the next level soon.
Breya Bugsby | Charlotte Christian | CG | 2021
Breya shows dynamic athleticism while handling the ball. She can drive inside the paint scoring herself or get her teammates involved. She has an excellent outside shot that she is always ready to shoot with confidence. Her abilities are not only limited to the offensive side of the ball as she will create havoc for any guard that comes her way. She has been known to pick pocket other guards and create points for her team on a fast break going the other direction. It is no wonder she has received offers from such schools as University of North Carolina at Asheville, College of Charleston, Appalachian State University, William and Mary, and Florida A&M, and she has decided to commit to Liberty University.
Crawford Ramsey | Corinth Holders Hight | F | 2021
Crawford has a lot of height to her that she knows how to use well on the basketball court. She is quick on her feet and shows that she can play as a guard with the way that she runs the floor. On defense, she makes it difficult to score against her because she is known to impose several blocks a game. Playing inside isn’t the only thing this girl can do because she has a nice shot all over the court. She has continued to improve her footwork as she progresses through high school showing that she can make moves anywhere on the court to help her create a play and score.
Raven Preston | Southeast Guilford | F | 2022
Raven has been in the spotlight for years playing high school basketball and rightfully so. She creates havoc for opponents when she is defending the basket. Her length and speed allows her to play all over the court. That translates well to the offensive side of the ball where she shows smart moves to the open areas and speedy footwork with the ball. She has a great shot outside the arc but shows that she is a threat on any part of the court. As a great team player, she has a good vision of the floor in finding ways to get everyone involved. She already has offers from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Bethune Cookman, and I have a feeling she is just getting started.
Shelby Fiddler | Patrick Henry | CG | 2022
Shelby is certainly a play maker, whether she is scoring herself or getting her teammates involved. She has an excellent 3 point shot, but she does not limit her play making ability to behind the arc. She knows how to use her good shooting ability all over the court. In addition to shooting, she knows how to run the court with the ball making it difficult for opponents to defend her even on fast breaks. This girl already has a lot of talent, and she still has two years of high school left to continue making plays for herself and her team.
