We continue our look at last year’s top rebounders in the state with the class of 2022.  These players have all had a chance to get some experience and develop at the high school level, but are far from finished products.  The common theme with all these players is that they have certain physical gifts that have allowed them to excel as rebounders relatively early in their high school careers.  This also gives them plenty of room to continue to grow, making for an impressive overall list.

Anastasia DowlenAnastasiaDowlen6'1" | CRussellville | 2022StateKY, Russellville- Clearly a natural rebounder, Dowlen has averaged more than 13 rebounds per game in both her freshman and sophomore season, pulling down 13.2 boards a game last year.  She has done this while also playing largely on the perimeter, a result of her physical gifts and versatility.  Dowlen has impressive height and athleticism, and as her early-career consistency suggests, a nose for the ball.

Taylin Clark, Butler County- A player with the look of a prototypical big, Clark has the natural instincts to match her natural size.  She controls the interior thanks to her impressive length, which she used to pull down 12.5 rebounds per game last year.  As she
