#5
Dayania Johnson (2021, PG, Detroit Collegiate Prep)
Johnson is the player that makes her team go. She brings energy to the perimeter with her attacking style offense. She’s a solid primary ball handler against pressure.
#4
Eshawanda Smith (2021, PG, Detroit Denby)
Smith made it be known that she was one of the top prospects in the PSL. She contributed in many different ways including ball handling duties, scoring, and attacking the glass.
#3
Monica Williams Monica Williams CG Detroit King | 2021 State MI (2021, CG, Detroit King)
Williams could’ve been considered a wing, but the ball seems to find her hands, so I put her in with the PG’s. Williams is a solid ball handler and shooter that can stretch the floor.
#2
Kailee Davis Kailee Davis 5'4" | PG Detroit Renaissance | 2021 State MI (2021, PG, Detroit Renaissance)
Davis is a waterbug type player that has great hip movement and horizontal speed. She can start and stop, and move quickly in any direction. This helps make Davis a defensive nightmare for opposing coaches. Davis is like the head of the snake on a deep and talented roster.
#1
Damiya Hagemann Damiya Hagemann 5'8" | PG Detroit Edison | 2021 State #35 Nation MI (2021, PG, Detroit Edison)
Hagemann is a showtime floor general for one of the top basketball programs in the country. She’s a tremendous passer that can dish the ball on the run with accuracy. Hagemann is who I would want with the ball in her hands in transition. She’s an excellent decision maker in all aspects of the game.
