KK Arnold KK Arnold 5'10" | PG Germantown | 2023 State #8 Nation WI | 5’8 PG | Germantown
The number one player in the Class of 2023 is Arnold. An explosive guard who has an incredible variety of ways to get to the basket. She’s a pure scorer. A lights out shooter who is range effective and confident, Arnold helped her team be super successful this season. She’s a great facilitator with an unmatched feel for the game. She knows her spots on the floor and how to get herself open. She has quick handles and an even quicker blow by to the rim. At 5’8 she is long for her position and uses it to her advantage by scoring over smaller defenders. This season she helped lead her team deep into playoff action. The freshmen standout averaged 17 points per game for her team. In a game against DSHA, Arnold scored a season-high 25 points. She’s a defensive powerhouse as well, she’s super scrapy which led to her averaging 3.6 steals per game. Arnold currently holds over 10 major Division 1 offers including South Carolina and Louisville.
Grace Grocholski Grace Grocholski 5'10" | SF Kettle Moraine | 2023 State WI | 5’10 SG | Kettle Moraine
Grocholski was a name heard so many times this season. She stepped in and became a huge impact player for her team. She played with precision and power in the post and used her body so well. She uses her size well to get position under the basket. Grocholski continues to improve her handles and the ability to attack from the perimeter. She made 50 three point shots this season. Adding 3.0 assists per game, Grocholski finds her teammates well. She has a great eye for the ball and ability to move without it as well. She led her team in scoring with 16.9 points per game. In a game against Oconomowoc, Grocholski scored a season-high 30 points. This season she developed into a strong defensive rebounder. She averaged 8.4 rebounds per game.
Amayiah Neilon Amayiah Neilon 5'7" | PG Greenfi | 2023 WI | 5’7 PG | Greenfield
Neilon is a player who competes with an immense amount of poise and composure. She’s super crafty and has so much control with the basketball. She isn’t frazzled by pressure or playing such a big role for her team, she thrives in it. Many times this season, Neilon was called upon to hit a big basket or make an impact defensive stop for her team. She pushes the tempo in transition and will knock down a perimeter shot from deep. This season she led her team in scoring by averaging 17.2 points per game and 4.9 rebounds. The floor general also added in 2.8 assists per game. She is currently ranked as #8 in her class for Prep Girls Hoops.
Allison Hampel Allison Hampel 6'0" | PF Greenfield | 2023 State WI | 6’0 PF | Greenfield
Hampels height has definitely helped her to become the impact player she was this season. She is a confident post player who just wants to win. She doesn’t do anything extra and simply knows when a bucket is needed. She works well to get open and sets hard screens to help her teammates as well. Towards the end of the season she started using her body exceptionally well to seal off the defender in the paint. A first team all conference selection, Hampel improved her rebounding all season long. She finished her freshman season averaging 16.8 points per game and 13.2 rebounds per game. In a game against South Milwaukee, Hampel grabbed 19 boards.
Meghan Schultz Meghan Schultz 6'4" | C New Berlin West | 2023 State WI | 6’4 C | New Berlin West
A talented post player who has learned to excel using her height. A rare combination at 6’4 to have the skills that Shultz has. She’s light on her feet and has great footwork. She moves well without the ball and can get open multiple ways. She is crafty on offense and consistently impacts the game. While being double teamed by most teams, Schultz finished the season averaging 12.3 points per game.. An offensive rebounding specialist, many of Schultz points are from her ability to keep the ball high and finish with a smooth touch. She averaged 8.3 rebounds this season with over 90 offensive boards.
