Stephanie Van Note (2021) | Sayreville
Van Note is one of the top scorers in the county. She averaged 17 points per game and did most of her work inside. Van Note knew how to use her size and strength to dominate inside and get to the free throw line. On the defensive end, Van Note could guard multiple positions and make her presence felt.
Akyia Baker (2021) | St. Thomas Aquinas
Baker will have a chance to become the Trojans’ No. 1 option next season. Kelsey Ransom and Emma Boslet Emma Boslet 5'10" | PG St. Thomas Aquinas | 2020 State NJ will be moving on and that leaves Baker as the team’s leading returning scorer. She is an elite three-point shooter and can score in the lane. She is a playmaker on both ends.
Tori Fisher Tori Fisher 5'8" | SG Piscataway | 2021 State NJ (2021) | Piscataway
Piscataway is led by a dynamic duo on the perimeter. Fisher is one of them as she knocked down 40 three’s. She averaged two steals per game making her a duel-threat guard. She will return to try and lead Piscataway to another strong season.
Raegan Fogerty (2023) | Calvary Christian
Fogerty burst onto the scene as a freshman and was the leading scorer for Calvary Christian. Fogerty showed her ability at all three levels on the offensive end and used her speed on the defensive end to get in the passing lane. Fogerty has a chance to turn into one of the best players in the county, and quickly.
Jessica Forte (2021) | Middlesex
Middlesex will return their five leading scorers from a 24 win team. Forte is one of them and she might be the best duel-threat on the team. She averaged three steals per game and was second on the team with 40 made three’s.
Rosie Regan (2021) | Monroe
Monroe won 23 games this season behind an experience group of guards on the perimeter. Regan controlled the inside on both ends. She proved to be a rim protector and dominant rebounder. Regan can score with her back to the basket or spotting up.
Jamiyah Alston (2022) | Piscataway Tech
Alston was a force on the inside for Piscataway Tech. She is already a big time rebounder but she will now have to take the next step scoring. She showed flashes of turning into a consistent threat on the offensive end. She has a soft touch and can finish with contact.
