Hannah Raper, 5-8 River
Sharpshooting perimeter player that can use her 5-8 frame to play multiple positions. Can attack defenders off the dribble. An Unselfish player, Raper will give up ranged looks for better-positioned teammates. Aggressive without the ball, recovers well defensively. Averaged seven points and two rebounds per game. Plays for NCWV Swish 2023.
Megan Malin, 5-4 St. Clairsville
A Well-rounded athlete, Malin was also named all-district in soccer. Fundamentally sound with high basketball IQ, always in the right place at the right time. Averaged three points and rebounds per game. Saw increased minutes as season progressed. Can step and shoot from range. Shot 35 percent from the field. Plays for NCWV Swish 2023.
Abbie Thompson, 5-11 Monroe Central
Sizable and strong-bodied post player. Uses strength to outmuscle defenders for position and rebounds. Averaged 4.1 points and 4.4 rebounds for a Seminoles’ team that reached district finals. Shot 35 percent from the floor. Plays for OV Lady Dragons.
