They had a very successful showing at the tournament going a perfect 5-0 and winning the championship! The SD Attack 14U team can really get up and down the court, putting up great offensive scoring numbers. Game one they really exploded with 77 points and they never got below 50 points in 32 minute games. Defensively, the guards put good pressure on their opponents because they have such good speed and quickness. They really sped up the opposing offense, making them play faster than they can handle.

Standout Prospects —
Claire Sheppard — 6’0 Small Forward — Claire was dominant in game #1, helping her team reach 77 points. Used her speed and length to make a ton of plays…Pushed the ball up hard after the rebound…Blocked shots…Played very confidently…Division 1 prospect…
Mahli Abdouch — 5’6 Point Guard — Mahli was a standout at the point guard spot. She was aggressive and really pushed the tempo, making the defense stop her first. She would drive and kick to open shooters, and was also aggressive trying to score the ball as well. Showed impressive quickness and movement on the court…Really got after the ball-handler defensively.
Skyler Volmer — 5’4 Point Guard — Plays high school ball for Lyman. Skyler showed really good quickness and energy. Ability to finish layups inside through contact. Got by her defender off of the bounce fairly easily to get in the lane and become a threat. Drew fouls…
Courtney Sees — 5’5 Point Guard — A Mike Conley-like feel to her game. Quick handles and doesn’t turn the ball over. Can score inside the paint…A quick, smart, and controlled player.
Macy Koupal — 5’7 Guard — A very sound and tactical defender that plays exceptional team defense.
