This group was loaded with some of the top teams and players in the country, I attended the Semi-Finals and Championship games to go along with many pool play games. I have identified the players that I saw play and whom I felt played the best throughout the 3 day tournament.
Tournament MVP – Talaysia Cooper Talaysia Cooper 6'1" | CG East Clarendon | 2022 State #61 Nation SC – 2022 – 6’0” – Guard – Team Curry – East Clarendon HS (SC) – Played outstanding throughout the entire tournament and was a steady force with the ball in her hands and on the defensive side of the floor, helping to lead her team to the Championship and a 6 – 0 record over the 3 days.
Tournament MOP – Janiah Barker Janiah Barker 6'2" | SF Montverde Academy | 2022 State #3 Nation FL – 2022 – 6’3” – Wing – Essence Girls Basketball – Tampa Bay Tech (FL) – Was a dominant force over the 3 day event, a player that is a matchup nightmare and is ranked # 3 in her class Nationally. Led her team to the Championship game that was an outstanding battle.

- Reigan Richardson Reigan Richardson 6'0" | SG Cannon School | 2021 State #32 Nation NC – 2021 – 5’11” – guard – Team Curry – Cannon School (NC) – Georgia Commit had an impact in every game with her smooth scoring ability, her jump shot is as good as any in the country.
- Trinity Hardy Trinity Hardy 5'10" | SF Winter Haven | 2021 State FL – 2021 – 5’9” – Guard – Essence Girls Basketball – Winter Haven HS (FL) – 1 of the top unsigned players in the event, was locked in from the 3-Pt land – Dropped 26 Pts including 4 – 3-Ptrs in a Florida Battle versus FGB, Major stock riser…..
- Flau’Jae Johnson – 2022 – 6’0” – Guard – FBC Bounce Nation – Sprayberry HS (GA) – Dynamic playmaker with the ball in her hands and a slasher and finisher with 3-Pt range off the ball, one of the most exciting players in this event. I know a lot of college coaches are going to be reaching out very soon.
- Amiya Joyner Amiya Joyner 6'3" | PF Farmville Central | 2022 State #67 Nation NC – 2022 – 6’2” – Forward – Team Curry – Farmville Central HS (NC) – Played outstanding over the 3 day tournament, was leading scorer with 21 points in the Championship game, was matched up with other Top Forwards in her class and played extremely well against them all.
- Courtney Ogden Courtney Ogden 6'1" | SF Westminster School | 2023 State #7 Nation GA – 2023 – 6’0” – Wing – FBC United 17U – Westminster School (GA) – Showed an Elite level of shooting ability, made shots from all of the spots on the floor including from beyond the 3-Pt line. Major stock riser in her class.
- Sania Feagin Sania Feagin 6'4" | PF Forest Park | 2021 State #8 Nation GA – 2021 – 6’3” – Forward – Georgia Pearls – Forest Park HS (GA) – South Carolina Commit looked ready to get that Garnett & Gold uniform on and contribute, her jump shot was so smooth, she attacked the rim on both ends to score and rebound. Played at an Elite level during a 1 pt loss to FBC United, one of the best games of the tournament.
- Sara Puckett – 2021 – 6’2” – Wing – Alabama So Starz – Muscle Shoals HS (AL) – Tennessee Commit was a steady force for her team as they battled against the best players in the country in every game I saw. Fluid scorer that can stretch the defense to beyond the 3-pt line or score on the interior.
- Jasmyne Roberts Jasmyne Roberts 5'10" | CG Bishop Kenny | 2021 State FL – 2021 – 6’0” – Guard – FGB – Bishop Kenny HS (FL) – U of Miami Commit is an athletic player that used her versatility throughout the event to help her team against some of the toughest competition, explosive driver to basket that can finish in traffic.
