Ally VanTimmeren Ally VanTimmeren 6'2" | PF Jenison | 2021 State #87 Nation MI (PF, Jenison)
Prep Girls Hoops Michigan Ranking: #4
VanTimmeren is committed to Boston College. She has a huge upside and BC fans will love her game. VanTimmeren uses the lower body to battle for position in the paint. She’s an outstanding post defender, utilizing her smooth footwork. VanTimmeren has a quickly diversifying offensive game as well.
AJ Ediger AJ Ediger 6'3" | PF Hamilton | 2021 State #54 Nation MI (PF, Hamilton)
Prep Girls Hoops Michigan Ranking: #6
Ediger is committed to Iowa and has all the tools to be a star at the next level. She can score from just about anywhere on the floor. Ediger can face the rim and pull her defender away from the paint. She can run the floor and finish as well.
Alanna Micheaux Alanna Micheaux 6'2" | PF Wayne Memorial | 2021 State MI (PF, Wayne Memorial)
Prep Girls Hoops Michigan Ranking: #7
Micheaux is a tough and as physical as they come. She doesn’t just play through contact, she thrives with it. Micheaux is almost impossible to move once she has position. She might just be the best rebounder in the state right now.
Shannon Wheeler Shannon Wheeler 6'1" | PF Detroit Renaissance | 2021 State MI (PF, Detroit Renaissance)
Prep Girls Hoops Michigan Ranking: #13
Wheeler gets overlooked a little when twlking about elite bigs in the state. She has as much potential as anyone. Wheeler is a true 2 way player. Even at the next level, it will be hard for a coach to take her off the floor because of all the intangibles that she brings.
Kaybriana Hallman Kaybriana Hallman 6'3" | PF East Kentwood | 2021 State MI (F, East Kentwood)
Prep Girls Hoops Michigan Ranking: #16
I decided to include Hallman in this list, even though the Xavier commit will probably translate into a wing in college. She’s more of a power forward right now in high school. Hallman has a huge wingspan, soft hands around the rim, and glides down the floor on the break.
