Day four in Des Moines was full of championship showdowns, and many elite players showed what they’re capable of. Although I took a lot of performances into consideration, these five were my favorite because they had breakout games and showed next-level abilities.

The day ended with a matchup between the top All Iowa Attack and Missouri Phenom squads, and the gym was loud, but these players bring energy with or without the big crowd.

Dinnebier had a great championship game for the Attack, but with how hard she plays, I don’t think she has many bad games. She collected and-1’s, assists, three’s, free throws and rebounds against a towering Missouri Phenom roster.

Wayne does all the right things on the court. When she doesn’t have the ball, she hunts for it by finding gaps and crashing the offensive boards hard. She’s a powerful small forward and will be an asset to any team.
