Saniah Tyler Saniah Tyler 5'7" | PG Incarnate Word Academy | 2022 State #43 Nation MO 5’7″ Lady BBE 17U: An elite level performer from Incarnate Word who helped lead her team to a tournament championship. She got into the lane with ease to either get a bucket or find an open teammate on a kick out. She can also shoot the 3-pointer. She is also a tremendous defensive player with her on-ball pressure. She is a leader and a winner.
Cierra Smith Cierra Smith 5'8" | CG Grandview | 2022 State MO 5’7″ KC Running Angels 3SSB: A very impressive scoring point guard who is very difficult to guard with her ability to break down defenders with her quickness for layups while also being able to knock down 3-pointers. She is also very potent in the open court with her speed. She was also a willing defender who can cover a lot of ground and be disruptive. Attends Grandview.
Brooke Highmark Brooke Highmark 5'8" | PG Westminster | 2022 State MO 5’8″ Blue Star (Silvey): Talented point guard from Westminster who went off in the championship game with 21 points. She is a terrific 3-point shooter who can get it off the catch or create off the dribble. She is quick and does a nice job changing directions on the dribble. She is also a tireless runner while coming off screens.
Alexa Rubel Alexa Rubel 6'0" | CG Cape Notre Dame | 2022 State MO 6’0″ SEMO Sizzle 2022: A versatile lefty from Cape Notre Dame who is a three-level scorer with good passing skills. She scored on some tough takes to the basket and she can also operate well out of the high post. She was also a big factor on the boards with his height.
Mackenzie Wilson 5’4″ Lady BBE 2022: A very quick floor general from Lift for Life who was a real pest on defense with her ability to apply constant pressure on the ball and pick pockets. She has a high basketball IQ with her passing skills and ability to organize her team. She slipped into the lane for buckets and knocked down 3-pointers.
Emma Compton Emma Compton 5'5" | CG Strafford | 2022 State MO 5’5″ All Missouri Attack 17U (Meinders): Small guard from perennial powerhouse Strafford who had the toughness and willingness to go inside and grab rebounds in the land of the trees. She has solid quickness with good handles and 3-point shooting range.
Anna Finley Anna Finley 5'6" | CG Owensville | 2022 State MO 5’7″ Blue Star (Silvey): A solid all-around performer from Owensville who is a very good multi-tasker. She is a very good passer with the ability to attack the basket and hit 3-pointers. She grabs more than her fair share of rebounds from the guard position.
Carli Libhart Carli Libhart 5'6" | PG Rolla | 2022 State MO 5’6″ Midwest United 3SSB: A very solid pass-first guard who is good at distributing the basketball. She will also make an open 3-pointer. She digs in with a solid defensive effort and was good at stripping opposing post players.
Riley Arnold 5’7″ Yanders Law: A skilled combo guard from Blue Eye nice handles and the ability to shoot the 3-pointer. She can create offense off the bounce and knock down the mid-range jumper.
Avery Arnold 5’7″ Yanders Law: A capable young point guard from Blue Eye who dropped some impressive dimes in the time that I watched her. She had some very nice wraparound passes to teammates for easy baskets.
Jordyn McClellan 5’8 SEMO Sizzle: Solid combo guard from Jackson who can knock shots down from 3-point range. She can also handle the ball and facilitate the offense.
