Laci Reinhart Laci Reinhart 5'7" | CG Dixie Heights | 2021 State KY , Dixie Heights (2021) – Reinhart missed her Junior season but that hasn’t slowed down her recruitment. She’s now up to 11 scholarship offers. Bethel (KS), Crowley’s Ridge, Georgetown, IU-Southeast, Johnson, Kentucky Christian, Oakland City, Ohio Christian, Rochester, Thomas More and Union have all offered Laci with several of those coming in the last month or so. Reinhart has yet to capture a D1 offer but if her strong play keeps up, it’s not out of the question that she could.
Harley Paynter Harley Paynter 5'7" | CG Boyd County | 2021 State KY , Boyd County (2021) – Paynter has spent her summer recording workouts for Twitter and racking up D1 offers. She’s gotten at least 7 D1 scholarships in the last couple of months and continues to add to her list. A big time scorer who is among the best shooters in the Senior class, Harley is firmly in the mix for Miss Basketball and could get high major D1 offers before making her college decision.
Kenzie Herald, Owsley County (2021) – In the last month, Kenzie has gone from zero to four offers and shows no signs of slowing down. Herald has been offered by Union, Dyersberg State Community College, Barclay and Southwestern Illinois College. Kenzie can play either guard spot and is likely not far off from earning D2 offers or higher.
ZaKiyah Johnson, Shelby County (2025) – Only heading into her 8th grade season, Johnson could be the next big recruit in Kentucky. She recently has been offered by Louisville, Northern Kentucky and the University of Kentucky. As a 7th grader, ZaKiyah averaged 17 points and 7 rebounds and has been playing up 3 age groups this summer on Kentucky Premier’s 16u EYBL team.
Sofia Allen Sofia Allen 5'9" | SF Scott | 2021 State KY , Scott (2021) – After Mya Meredith Mya Meredith 5'10" | SF Scott | 2021 State KY ’s injury, Allen had to step up and carry the scoring load at Scott last season. As a result, her game made big gains and she has earned 3 offers in recent months and looks likely to keep adding to her list. Tampa is the latest school to offer Allen after Thomas More and Georgetown College both offered Sofia since May 30th.
