Torin Rogers Torin Rogers 6'2" | SF Murphy | 2022 State NC (Murphy, Team Carolina)
A high level prospect that’s seen her recruitment increase over the last several weeks is Murphy forward Torin Rogers Torin Rogers 6'2" | SF Murphy | 2022 State NC . After adding offers from Lipscomb, Mercer and Murray State in June, she picked up two more in state programs this past week: UNC Asheville and Charlotte. Rogers, who plays with Team Carolina, was part of a Murphy squad that went 30-0, won the 1-A West title, and a co-state championship last season. With her back in the fold, the Bulldogs should be right back in the title picture in 2020-21.

The number four prospect in the PGH NC 2022 rankings, Farmville Central standout Amiya Joyner Amiya Joyner 6'3" | PF Farmville Central | 2022 State #67 Nation NC ’s recruitment continues to surge and deservedly so. Texas Tech, Miami, Rutgers, and Ole Miss have all offered the 6’2″ rising junior forward within the last several days. Her improvement throughout this past season with the Jaguars and this summer with Team Curry have put her on the national scene. Her being back will give Farmville Central and excellent chance to repeat after they won the 2-A co-state title last year.

Southeast Guilford guard Raven Preston Raven Preston 6'0" | CG Quality Education Academy | 2022 State NC , the 11th ranked prospect in this PGH NC 2022 rankings, has done nothing but win basketball games in her first two seasons with the Falcons. To go along with offers from Wagner, North Florida, and Western Carolina last month, she picked up an offer from Wofford this past week. Those four are a part of an already long list of Division One programs in pursuit of one of the top guards in North Carolina. Preston is set to be the leader of this Falcons program in 2021 as they look to build on an incredible two year run.
