New Offers:
Bullitt East’s Selena Granado has been offered by Union College. They join IU-East and IU-Southeast on her offer list.
Mia Hale Mia Hale 5'9" | SF Estill County | 2022 State KY of Estill County has been offered by Kentucky Christian.
Chelsey Napier of Perry County Central was also offered by Union College last week.
Bethlehem star Amelia Hodges Amelia Hodges 5'6" | SG Bethlehem | 2021 State KY was offered by Lindsey Wilson.
Lindsey Wilson also offered 2021 Camryn Preston of Danville.
Harley Paynter Harley Paynter 5'7" | CG Boyd County | 2021 State KY continues to be popular with D1 coaches as she has added offers from Fresno State, Jacksonville State and the Naval Academy in the last few days.
McCracken County Sophomore Destiny Thomas Destiny Thomas 5'10" | SF McCracken County | 2023 State KY earned her first offer. Northern Kentucky was the first college to offer the big wing from Paducah.
Macie Feldman Macie Feldman 5'9" | CG Notre Dame | 2022 State KY was also rewarded with her first offer last week, coming from Northern Kentucky.
AAU Recap:
Kentucky Premier 15u Foust played at the USJN Blue Star Invitational. Kylie Dennis of Sayre had a big weekend on defense, averaging 2 steal per game. Lily Reid of Bullitt East not only led the team in scoring all weekend but also shut down multiple D1 prospects. Ryle rising freshman Quinn Eubank played up and averaged 8 points and 8 rebounds per game on the week. Finally, Kyera Thornsbury Kyera Thornsbury 5'7" | SG Pikeville | 2024 State KY had a strong showing and impacted games in multiple ways.
The Louisville Lady Trojans played at the Nike TOC and had a solid week after a slow start. Ashlyn Tingle of Henry County averaged a double-double over the weekend and was a difference maker on both ends. Kaela Ballard Kaela Ballard 6'1" | CG Portland Christian | 2023 State KY of Southern scored 15 or more in every game, specializing as a 3 point shooter but getting better attacking the rim as well. Makyra Beach Makyra Beach 5'6" | SG Collins | 2023 State KY of Collins was also around the 15 point per game mark while getting to the rim repeatedly and being a willing passer who wanted to get teammates involved.
Kentucky Premier 14u Anderson played 2 events in Indy last weekend and had a good week overall. Darcie Anderson of Whitley County hit 11 threes over the two events. Her back court mate Marissa Douglas hit 18 threes in 2 events while making a high of 4 treys against Indiana Flight. Whitley County forward Gracie-Jo Wilder made the USJN All Star Team. Claire Johnson of McCracken County and Allie Dillon of Montgomery County both had strong weeks as well.
