These prospects below have shown they have an impressive eye on the court. They understand the flow of the game and take pride in finding their teammates open within the offense. Each of these players are scorers in their own right- but stand out when discussing prospects who get their teammates involved and create the flow of the offense through their facilitating.
Toniah Williams | WI Playground Elite
Williams is such a fun player to watch. One of the highest energy guards in her class, the tempo of the game is decided by Williams when she is on the court. She is intense and vocal- making her intimidating even at her size. She is a gifted athlete with such impressive handles. She can keep the ball in her hands while creating the offense as it is rarely stolen. She reads cuts and screens well and has a sweet no look pass. She has phenomenal natural instincts on the offensive end and her feel for the game shows in how she attacks the basket and dishes to the open man.

Is Bailey Butler Bailey Butler 5'7" | PG Black Hawk | 2021 State WI the best all around player in her class?
Butler gets the job done all over the court. A defensive standout, Butler grabs so many steals and rebounds per game. Her footwork is elite. She out-hustles everyone on the floor and takes pride in her competitive nature. She is simply so quick and explosive on both ends of the floor that make her incredibly difficult to stop. She can score from anywhere on the floor and attacks the basket effortlessly. With so many eyes on her offensively- she’s found ways to get her teammates involved. She dishes the ball well and has crafty cross court passes so that her other wing players can knock down perimeter shots. A solid post passer as well, Butler does a good job creating an effective pass into the post.
Julianna Ouimette Julianna Ouimette 5'9" | CG Lakeland | 2023 State WI | WI Flight Elite
Ouimette is a well put together guard that can also do a little bit of everything on the floor- she is not just a shooter and a scorer. To start, her frame and build allow her to bump through contact and still finish against weaker guards. She is not fazed by contact on the perimeter; she regularly fights through hand-checks and small fouls to create separation for herself. Her strength and composure is ready for the next level. Her strength is there.
Another aspect that keeps Ouimette at the top of her class is her ability to see the floor in transition play. She pushes the tempo and makes her post players get out and run- as she finds them effortlessly within the break. She does a great job finding her open teammates while driving- her eyes are constantly up and moving when attacking the rim. She is exciting to watch and a pass-first type of point guard, that understands the flow of the game. Don’t get me wrong, Ouimette can and will take over offensively- but knows when to do so with scoring or getting her teammates to score instead. Very impressive.
CJ Romero CJ Romero 5'3" | PG Brookfield Central | 2021 State WI | 1 on 1 Milwaukee
Romero is a trust point guard out of Brookfield. She led her high school team in assists last season and continues to impress during her Grassroots team with 1 on 1 Milwaukee. She can truly knock down baskets from anywhere on the floor due to her consistency and very quick release. She doesn’t wait for the defender and her speed allows her to get shots off before the close out. She has tremendous off ball movement. She is a great playmaker and sets the tone offensively. She is vocal on the floor on both ends and makes sure her teammates are as well. A high energy point guard that most certainly passes first- the offense runs through Romero.
Emily La Chapell Emily La Chapell 5'11" | CG Appleton East | 2022 State #57 Nation WI | WI Flight Elite
La Chapell is the number two player in her class and it shows through her versatility on the court. She does it all. She is an energetic player with spark-plug potential. She can take over the game at any given moment. She is an impact ball handler and floor general for this Wisconsin Flight Elite squad. Running the offense comes easy to her, especially when she has her other talented teammates to work off of. She doesn’t bring up the ball or initiate the offense- but she sure could. She has impressive court vision and tempo- the energy is high with La Chapell on the floor. With so much offensive pressure on her, the Flight Elite standout has learned how to dish to the open man. She pushes the ball in transition and is always eyes up for finding her post players down low. She’s also developed her drive and kick- mostly to her wings that will knock down perimeter bucks. La Chapell led her high school team, Appleton East, in assist last season and has a very high chance to do so again during her sophomore campaign.
