Paityn Isom, North Hardin Point Guard – Paityn is a tough skilled point guard. She plays both ends of the floor. Defensively she will pick players up full court. She has great anticipation in passing lanes. Her ability to get steals leads to points for her in transition. On the offensive end, she is a patient guard. She picks her spots to score. Isom has the ability to score on all three levels. I can see Paityn being a big contributor to her high school squad this season.
Destiny Jones, Louisville Central Post – Destiny is a post with a good motor. Every coach is always looking for kids with a good motor. She is strong around the basket and has great mobility. At the Classic in Indy, she posted 21 points 11 rebounds and four blocks. Her travel ball coach, Armond Wilson, had great things to say about Destiny afterwards. He said he was pleased with how hard she played in her first appearance with the team. Armond coaches for the Louisville Legends.
Olivia Tierney, Great Crossing Combo Guard – Olivia saw limited varsity minutes as an eighth grader last season for the Warhawks. Olivia who stands at 5’7″ has the ability to play on and off the ball. Her ability to knock down shots makes her an asset to the Warhawks this year. She has great speed and solid handles which helps her when she plays the point guard spot. She should give the Warhawks a much needed extra ball handler to go alongside 2021 point guard Braylee McMath Braylee McMath 5'6" | PG Great Crossing | 2021 State KY and 2022 off guard Timothi Williams Timothi Williams 5'7" | SG Great Crossing | 2022 State KY .
