Isabella Majarucon Isabella Majarucon 5'5" | PG Dream City | 2024 State AZ (5’5’’, Deer Valley, PG) – Majarucon was active all day. She displayed a good motor and sense of purpose. Majarucon always puts in the work on the defensive end as she is intent on not getting beat off the dribble from the opposing team’s point guards. Majarucon displayed very good court awareness and she as true of a point guard that you will see coming into high school.
Eanae Dagons Eanae Dagons 5'3" | PG Desert Vista | 2024 State AZ (5’3’, Desert Vista, PG) – Dragons is a lightning bolt on the court but she has really good control of her greatest asset which is speed. She was probably the fastest player from baseline to baseline at the event. Dragons has really put in the effort to learn the game over the past 12 months and it is showing. Looking forward to her having a very nice career at Desert Vista where she should step right in and run the offense for coach Dave Williams.
Camisha Fuson Camisha Fuson 5'3" | PG AZ Compass Prep | 2024 State AZ (5’5’’, Dobson, PG) – Fuson is one of those players that has a really good feel for the game. She is intent on setting up teammates and she is extremely unselfish. What makes her special is that she has a keen understanding on when to step up when the game is on the line. Fuson showed great decision making ability at the event and she thrives under pressure.
Ysabel Puente Ysabel Puente 5'7" | CG Dream City Christian | 2024 State AZ (5’7’’, Sunrise Mountain, CG) – Puente is turning into a very good athlete and I would not be surprised if she ends up being one of the top athletes in the class by her senior year. She is a physical guard that can defend and she excels out in transition. Puente played well in all of her showcase games as she figured out ways to contribute on offense while competing hard on defense.
