Kassidy Dixon Kassidy Dixon 5'8" | SG Millennium | 2021 State AZ (Millennium, 2021) – Dixon showed nice control of her unlimited athletic ability. She was tough to keep out of the paint and her on the ball defense was extremely effective. Dixon provided leadership for the newly rebuilt Tigers squad. Recent GCU Commit.
Elli Guiney Elli Guiney 5'9" | CG Millennium | 2024 State AZ (Millennium, 2024) – Guiney was simply outstanding in her first tournament for the Tigers. She is one of the best shooters in the state regardless of class. Guiney’s release is quick and her form is the same each time. Looking forward to seeing continued growth is her game over the next 4 years. She is competitive and she is a gamer.
Khamil Pierre Khamil Pierre 6'2" | PF Perry | 2023 State AZ (Perry, 2023) – Pierre was probably the biggest surprise of the event. Her dramatic improvement since here freshman year is something to witness. She is bigger, stronger and more athletic since our last viewing of Pierre and she is ready to be a prime time player for the Pumas. She was active on the boards and she was great at slashing to the basket. With continued improvement, Pierre is a Top 10 player for sure and her ceiling is unlimited.
Kira Pitel (Perry, 2022) – Pitel has really stepped up as a prominent player for the Pumas. She is a steady performer, cool under pressure and is effective leader for the young team. Pitel was more consistent from behind the arc and showed a deeper range than in the school season. This will be a breakout year for Pitel and she should be a high riser in the next release of the 2022 rankings.
Kalayna Johnson Kalayna Johnson 5'5" | CG Westwood | 2021 State AZ (Westwood, 2021) – Johnson is an excellent combo guard that showed her ability to play the lead guard role while also posing a scoring threat. She has excellent vision on the floor to see the pass and be ready to make it before the play happens. Johnson had some nice games scoring the ball. She can hit the 3 point shot but is also comfortable attacking the paint with creativity. She is one of the top non-committed 2021 players in the class.
Elle Walker Elle Walker 5'11" | CG O'Connor | 2021 State AZ (O’Connor, 2021) – Walker can score in bunches as she proved her junior season when she led a very balanced Eagles team in scoring. She handles it well and is also capable of running the team as a point guard. Walker is deceptively strong and does not get bothered by pressure and won’t be knocked off her path by contact easily. On the defensive end she has improved as an on the ball defender that will hound the opposing guards.
Daeja Johnson Daeja Johnson 5'10" | CG Casteel | 2021 State AZ (Casteel, 2021) – Johnson continued to show her versatility on the court and all of the ways she can help a college team. She is a point forward type that can handle the ball well enough to direct the offense and make great passes along with nice court awareness. Johnson will also rebound and defend to add value. On the offensive end, Johnson has shown to be an effective scorer over her high school career. Looking for Johnson to be have an outstanding senior season for Casteel. Her recruiting is starting to pick up as well.
