These young ladies had been getting after this summer on their respective club team adding value to their stock. As they transition to playing with their high school team that will look to lead their team even during a short season.
They have made a jump in the rankings for the class of 2022, and will continue to open the eyes of collegiate level programs.
Sam Crispe Sam Crispe 6'1" | PF Arapahoe | 2022 State CO (Arapahoe)
Crispe plays with a lot of passion, and can score in bunches. She has great footwork in the post maximizing her scoring opportunity. Standing at 6-foot-2 she can shoot the ball among the best from the midrange extending out to the arc. Crispe led her team in points per game, and rebounds. She averaged 12.2 points per game on 115-of-265 (43 percent) from the field. She is athletic for her size, and gets her hands on a lot of block shots averaging 2.5 blocks per game. She shot the ball from behind the arc 10-of-33 (30 percent), and averaged 8.1 rebounds per game.
Gabby Louther Gabby Louther 5'11" | SF Pueblo West | 2022 State CO (Pueblo West)
Louther last year played alongside one of the top players in the class of 2020 ( Hannah Simental Hannah Simental 5'8" | PG Pueblo West | 2020 State CO ) who averaged 16.9 points per game. With Simental graduating Louther will look to be the scoring leader for Pueblo West. She is a player that does well in transition with or without the ball in her hands, and can get to the rim at will. Louther shows the ability to shoot the ball well from anywhere on the floor. Last year as a sophomore she averaged 7.5 points on 64-of-17 (34 percent) from the floor, and 24-of-76 (32 percent) from behind the arc. Standing at 5-foot-11 she led her team in rebounds per game with 5.6, as well as dishing 2.5 assist, and 2.3 steals per game.
Juliette Fillion Juliette Fillion 6'1" | PF Lakewood | 2022 State CO (Lakewood)
Fillion is a versatile player that can score in many ways. She can score in the post, or stretch teams out with her ability to shoot the ball at a high level. Fillion averaged 6.4 points per game on 64-of-172 (37 percent) from the floor, and 29-of-77 (38 percent) from behind the arc. When Fillion gets it going on the offensive end she a tough player to contain. She will get more touches this coming season allowing her to continue to improve on her game. Standing at 6-foot-2 she also averaged 4.0 rebounds, and 1.9 blocks per game.
Rylie McMullen Rylie McMullen 5'9" | PG Palmer Ridge | 2022 State CO (Palmer Ridge)
McMullen standing at 5-foot-9 has made the one of biggest jump in the rankings for class of 2022. She has made huge stride in her game year after year. She shows signs of being able to handle ball pressure, and the ability to get to the rim. Having to sit out last year due to transferring from Pine Creek to Palmer Ridge looking to be one of their leaders on the floor. McMullen had a great summer campaign while also putting in extra time to improve her skillset. She is a willing shooter, and looks to get her teammates involved.
Edie Morrow Edie Morrow 5'10" | SF Mead | 2022 State CO (Erie)
Morrow is a player that will set the tone of how hard her team plays. She has great foot speed, and brings energy with her work effort on the floor. Standing at 5-foot-10 she was the second leader on her team last year in steals coming up with 3.0 steals per game. She shows signs of being able to knock down shots, and get to the rim with a variety of finishes. Morrow shot the ball 54-of-147 (37 percent) from the floor. She averaged 5.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, 3.1 assist, and 3.0 steals per game to help her team go deep in the playoffs last year.
