Some, like Janiyah Williams, are already way ahead of the game yet at this stage, no one is counted out, at least by me and the main thing is to keep working, away from practices or whatever because the game has changed, you have to have “that” mindset and desire to be better and get honest evaluations from knowledgeable people with no agenda whatsoever, like me
Janiyah Williams-5’7 G (Arkansas Banshees)
Williams caught my eye the first time I saw her and one thing I always look for is progression and she keeps adding to what she has. She’s on the verge of doing something big, she can shoot the ball under pressure, she can attack and finish and she can see the floor but her handling the ball under pressure sets this all up
Kyra McCurtain-5’8 F (Oklahoma Aces)
McCurtain does a good job of creating her shot as well as using her body while attacking the basket. She also defends well and has good upside
Jada Smith- 5’8 F (Della Lamb)
Smith is long and athletic, understands how to set defenders up by creating her shot, and did a good job attacking the basket as well as playing the passing lane
Gentry Wilmot-5’4 PG (Oklahoma Aces)
Wilmot understands the game, that’s big, especially running the 1 but she can handle the ball as well as see the floor, both under pressure
Morgan Bradley-5’7 G/F (Mavs Elite 2025)
Bradley is strong and athletic and attacks the basket with power plus she also can create her shot while being defended and does a good job defending
Lyllian Walton-5’4 G
Walton grasps the game very well, she understands how to set defenders up, and with her solid pull-up, it gives her options yet her upside is what’s intriguing
Raylen Kernell-5’3 G (Oklahoma Aces)
Kernell creates her shot nicely and has very good form on her shot which she can knock down consistently but she also can attack and finish as well as see the floor
Anonda Ford-5’9 F (Della Lamb Running Angels)
Ford creates her shot well and understands something very important, how to get hers in the flow. She rebounds and defends, good upside
Laynee Stanley-5’11 P (Trae Young Elite Platinum)
Stanley is long and athletic, yes that’s the base, and watching her create her shot over and over for the jumper which is smooth, fluid, and very accurate plus she can get it off whenever she wants to. She’s strong, has a strong body, and rebounds with power and I’m expecting her to create plenty of problems
Isabella Guiterrez-5’2 PG (Oklahoma Aces)
Guiterrez understands how to run a team, once you have the concept of controlling the tempo, handling the ball under pressure, and seeing the floor, you’re ahead of the game, she does all of that and defends
Rosalyn Tillis
Tillis attacks the basket well and showed she could finish with either hand, after contact but her athleticism and energy will help keep elevating her game
Camille Mitchell
Mitchell understands how to get to the rim and with her setting the defense up numerous times to get there, she also finishes well, after the lick
Kamoree Daniels
Daniels has long arms, she’s athletic and she has a nice deceptive first step to set everything up, including attacking and finishing after contact
T’ionna Johnson-5’3 G (Huskies)
Johnson is strong and she finishes very well, this includes with contact but she also creates her shot, rebounds over taller opponents, and does a good job defending
