Last season the conference was led by Wittenberg- Birnamwood. The team finished with an 11-1 conference record. Two juniors earned First Team last season and will be looked upon to lead their team to another top spot this season. Abi Fraaza Abi Fraaza 6'1" | PF Wittenberg- Birnamwood | 2021 State WI and Emma Herb will be senior leaders this season and make up most of the team’s offensive points. Fraaza earned Player of The Year last season. Herb finished second in the conference in scoring with 18 points per game. She was also fierce on the boards as she averaged 8.5 rebounds a game.
Bonduel finished second in the conference with a 10-2 record. Kara Troxel earned First Team last season and was a key player in her team’s success. She will be a senior for her squad this season. Junior Allaina Robaidek will be looking to contribute some huge minutes for her tem. She does well on the defensive end and has great speed. She earned Second Team last season.
Amherst finished tied for third in conference with Shiocton. Brooke Widmen of Amherst earned Second Team last season and was an essential asset to her team. She has a great feel for the game and fantastic court vision.

Abi Fraaza Abi Fraaza 6'1" | PF Wittenberg- Birnamwood | 2021 State WI | Wittenberg- Birnamwood | Senior | 6’1 F
Fraaza averaged 16 points per game last season. She’s a standout post player who can create a game for herself on both ends. She averaged nearly 11 points per game last season and dished out nearly 6 assists per game. She plays with fantasti pace and is very consistent. She’s had many impressive blocks and is athletic enough to intimate opponents. She creates space with the ball very well; love the way she commands and takes on a leadership role for her team.
Kara Troxel | Bonduel | Senior | 5’6 PG
Troxel averaged an impressive 16 points per game last season. She shows great poise and is calm under pressure on the floor. She puts her head down and gets to the rim well. She takes over possessions and can score effortlessly against contact. She has tremendous energy and intensity on the floor. She provides a spark and keeps her team into the game mentally. Troxel is hard to stop as she plays with so much heart and grit on the floor. Troxel, a defensive standout as well, is not phased by guarding the opposing team’s best player.
Mimi Beaulieu- Morgan | Menominee Indian | Senior | 5’3 PG
Morgan averaged nearly 23 points per game during her junior campaign. A gifted athlete who is extremely crafty, Morgan can score the ball from almost anywhere on the floor. She has incredible range as well- she knocked down 86 three point baskets last season. A defensive standout as well, she deflects passes and uses her elite footwork to cause turnovers. She averaged 2.3 steals per game. She is an athletic and energetic point guard who plays with great intensity and will be essential to her team’s success. Look for Morgan to put up some career high numbers during her final season.
Lillian Fuhs | Iola- Scandinavia | Sophomore | 5’9 F
Fuhs really played some huge minutes as a freshman last season and showed glimpses of how elite she will be for the next three years. She averaged nearly 10 points per game last season. She was a consistent offensive threat that helped her team. In a win over Marion, Fuhs finished the game with a season-high 17 points. She is comfortable cutting along the baseline which makes her super effective for being a smaller forward. She utilizes the pound dribble well to create momentum and finish through contact. She crashes the offensive glass, putting pressure on the defenders to box out consistently.
Larissa Young | Shiocton | Junior | 5’4 G
Young is a spark plug for this team who will be more of the go-to scorer during her junior season. She has great tempo on the floor and is confident when handling pressure. Offensively, Young can score midrange and it’s truly hard to defend. She has a great “fake and go”. She utilizes her floater as well. An impressive shooter off the dribble as well, Young made 23 three point baskets last season.
