Here are a few names of the 2023s and the schools they have either been offered by or committed to this pandemic season. Hope you enjoy this list of girls and evaluations.
2023, 6’0, SF, South East HS, Jazmin Cortes – Jazmin is still developing as a player, she is agile and will be pretty good at her height, once she figures everything out. She blocks shots, runs the floor and can finish at the rim if given the chance. She has size and knows how to use it, we are going to watch her development this coming season and assist her with getting to a school that needs her.
2023, 5’9, CG, St. Anthonys HS, Majesty Cade Majesty Cade 5'9" | CG Etiwanda | 2023 State CA – Cade is a strong guard with a knack for getting into the lane. She has good offensive footwork and finishes strong at the rim. She can also step out and shoot from three-point range. When she puts on the jets, she’s tough for opposing defenders to keep in front of them; she pushes the ball in transition and makes the right plays. Great motor, and she competes hard on the glass for a guard.
2023, 5’7. PG, St. Marys Stockton HS, Nia Anderson Nia Anderson 5'7" | PG Saint Mary's of Stockton | 2023 State CA – Nia is gifted in having a nice body type that is prepared for high school right now, she showed us she could finish at the rim and finish thru traffic with ease. She worked the lanes and kept the ball away from defenders as she slashed to the rim to finish with both hands. She shot the midrange and we were impressed with the consistency on that shot. She now holds an offer from University of San Francisco (WCC).
