Abigail is a 2021, 5’7, SG from Pacifica Christian Santa Monica and she has committed to further her academic and athletic career at Haverford College. The recruitment took place during one of the most trying times for athletes this year of 2020, in the year of the Global Pandemic. Coaches and teams in the college ranks had to look closely at kids from game film, workout tapes, recommendations from club coaches and then just really do their homework on all of the kids. Abigail was able to make herself seen and sought after from coaches around the country with some recruiting assistance and just plain old grinding work from Coach Shaw, her high school coach. The Haverford staff came in and recruited Abigail and seem to click with her and at the end of the recruiting tunnel, they were able to offer her a spot to play on the team next year. I have to say, that is remarkable for Abigail, because being recruited in this day and time is difficult in my opinion. Her recruitment was a blessing and she worked hard for it as well as her dad, Stephen Clark who was there cranking it out for her. PGHCalifornia is proud to put this information out for this kid, she is a great kid and will do well at Haverford College, congratulations from the Prep Girls Hoops California Staff.
First 2021-class recruiting decision! Senior guard @AbigailJClark5 has committed to @HCFords_Sports. Haverford is a top-ranked national liberal-arts college, and Coach Morgan's squad has 2 straight @CentennialConf titles and 3 straight @NCAADIII tourney berths.
