Aylesha Wade Aylesha Wade 5'6" | CG Clover | 2021 State SC holds down the #1 spot for 2021 Palmetto State Class. Wade who plays at Clover HS in the Upstate will be playing at Charlotte next year.
Laila Acox Laila Acox 6'0" | PF Ridge View | 2021 State SC recently went over 1,000 career points for the Ridge View HS Lady Blazers. Acox is headed off to East Carolina University next year. Acox lands in the #2 spot.
Layken Cox Layken Cox 6'1" | PF Sumter | 2021 State SC made a jump to the #5 spot and will play at Gardner Webb next season in the Big South Conference. Cox a post player plays at Sumter HS.
Janiyah Hagood Janiyah Hagood 5'8" | CG JL Mann | 2021 State SC , Trinity Adams Trinity Adams 5'9" | CG South Pointe | 2021 State SC and Kiana Lee Kiana Lee 5'8" | SG North Augusta | 2021 State SC all will play at Francis Marion University (SC) (NCAA D2) next year for Head Coach Jeri Porter. Hagood #6, Adams #7 and Lee #14 all committed early to the Lady Patriots.
Vanessa Blake Vanessa Blake 6'2" | C Ashley Ridge | 2021 State SC patrols the paint for the Ashley Ridge HS Lady Swamp Foxes. Blake a post player comes in at #8 in this latest edition of the Palmetto State. Kalisha Hill Kalisha Hill 5'11" | SF Saluda | 2021 State SC has made some moves up to the #9 spot in the latest 2021 Palmetto State rankings. Hill had a great showing a few months back at the Prep Girls Hoops Top 250 Expo.
Plenty of players have had limited games this year so far do to Covid-19 and the Pandemic. Several players in the Charleston area have played a very limited schedule so fat this year. Latta HS has yet to play a game this season and will tomorrow for the first time. Several schools in the Pee Dee have played less than 5 games so far this year.
Prep Girls Hoops does its best in covering the Palmetto State from top to bottom and everywhere in between. This season has been a real chore with limited games and constantly changing of schedules.
