GUARDS

2022 Miranda Lomax (RA Long) 5’4″ Traditional PG with high IQ. Sees the floor extremely well and always makes the right pass. Remains engaged on both ends of the floor. Communicates and directs teammates in a ways few players do at any level. Has impressive handle and footwork that lets her beat defenders to get to the rim. Lethal shooter with range to well beyond the arc. Defensively uses her feet and head to keep players in front of her. Forces turnovers both on ball and in passing lanes. Excels in transition situations. n

2022 Ella Koebelin Ella Koebelin 5'3" | PG Klahowya | 2022 State WA (Klahowya High School) 5’5″ PG: Extremely scrappy defender who isn’t intimidated by anyone. Plays solid straight-up defense and provides great help on double teams as well. Uses quick release and extremely high-aching shot to effectively shoot over much taller defenders. Very shifty with the ball possessing an impressive crossover dribble. Good passer with equally good court vision. Knows how to get the ball to her teammates when and where they need it.

2023 Katie Anderson (Sammammish) 5’9 CG Lefty with great length who should matchup well against 1-3 defensively at the next level. Adept from beyond the arc. Deceptively good handle that allows her to get to the rim regularly where she creates and finishes through contact. Runs the floor extremely well on the break and has a good IQ that, along with her passing ability, allows her to facilitate for her teammates. Name to remember moving forward.

2022 Catelyn Deaver Catelyn Deaver 6'0" | PF Sumner | 2022 State WA (Sumner) 6’ versatile forward capable of playing either the 3 or 4. Uses an array of moves and standout footwork in the high and low posts to beat defenders and split double teams. Adept at finishing through contact with either hand. Shoots the jumper off the catch or dribble very effectively with range to 3. Good rebounder who knows how to gain an advantage for position. A potential steal for a DII or DIII program who would fit right in at the low-mid major DI level.

2021 Gwen Aasland Gwen Aasland 6'3" | C Mt. Si | 2021 State WA (Mt Si) 6’2″ Traditional post who plays with intense physicality. Wins the battle for nearly every rebound or loose ball that comes within 10 feet of her. Sets punishing screens and plays well in the pick n roll. Very effective at drawing contact and getting to the line. Stand out passer who can trigger the break or pick apart a defense from the high post. Defensively, denies opponents position and forces them out of their spots. Reads and gets in passing lanes well.
