In the COVID-19 2020-2021 world we are living in, video and highlight films have become more and more prominent and important. Through social media we have been able to view and evaluate more prospects. Each one of these athletes have submitted videos under our pinned tweet on our Twitter, @PGHWisconsin. Check these girls out!
Brynn Kirch Brynn Kirch 5'6" | PG McFarland | 2024 State WI | McFarland | WI Impact | 5’7 Freshman
Birch is extremely athletic and versatile on the floor. She has incredible court vision and a sense of urgency on the court. Her head is constantly on a swivel, finding her teammates open on the pertimer as well as inside the paint. Her ability to step around the defender and make the one handed pass is impressive. It is clear the freshman has a great feel for the game. Her handles are elite- she’s unphased by high pressure and has a range of dribble moves in her arsenal. Kirch can knock down the three point shot and consistently hit the mid range jumper.

Adrienne Kirch | McFarland | WI Impact | 5’7 Sophomore
A ruthless combo guard that can score at a high rate. She has a scorer mentality and is actively finding different ways to score the basketball. She plays well going downhill along with her back to the basket. She pushes the basketball and does well knocking down the three point shot after creating space for herself. Her ability to finish coast to coast will make her a very successful prospect.

Ava Dean | McFarland | Let It Rain | 5’7 Freshman
Dean has shown the ability to play the primary guard position, and be an intelligent floor general for both teams she plays for. She has improved her ability to create a shot for herself- her fake and attack is impressive and her ability to finish strong against contact should not go unnoticed. She is effective off the bounce and through the lane. She is a shifty ball handler but can also run the offense as she has the confidence to do so.

Mallory Hoitink Mallory Hoitink 5'10" | SG Slinger | 2023 State WI | Slinger | Purple Aces | 5’10 Sophomore
Hoitink is a scoring and shooting threat from anywhere on the floor. Specifically, she’s a great shooter off the catch, especially from the perimeter. Hoitink increased the speed of her release, and made her shot much more consistent during her summer play. She has a very distinct ability to set her feet, even when she’s off balance. This allows her to initiate her jumper from a stable position and provides her with much more control over the trajectory. Hoitink can be a disruptive defender as well, she has quick and active hands, and most importantly, she moves her feet when guarding. She’s not the strongest player, but because she slides her feet, the offensive player is forced to adjust. It’s been exciting to watch- the stock is high for the Slinger standout.

Tieryn Plasch | Northwestern | Starks Elite | 5’6 Sophomore
Plasch is a scorer who has proven to be able to make tough shots. She is a great shooter both off the dribble and on the catch; she is solid from the midrange and three point line. She is a contested shot maker ith the composure to rise up when a defender is in her grill. Plasch plays with a high tempo and is clearly very competitive on the floor. She’s a player who can go off on the stats and put up huge numbers any given night. She’s very smooth off the bounce, and she’s patient with the ball. She doesn’t rush her moves when in isolation situations either.
