Tied for first in conference play so far this season is Aquinas and Onalska. Aquinas leads all teams with an undefeated schedule including non-conference and conference games. Both programs are full of talented athletes who put up impressive numbers each night.
Leading the conference in scoring is Onalaska’s Olivia Gamoke Olivia Gamoke 5'7" | CG Onalaska | 2021 State WI . She’s a standout guard who can score the basketball and facilitate well for this team. The 5’6 senior and Sioux Falls commit is averaging nearly 22 points per game. She’s a scrappy guard who can score from the premier and mid range consistently, but her attack to the basket and ability to finish against contact is most impressive. In a win over Tomah, Gamoke finished with 24 points. A defensive specialist and the player who will guard the opposing team’s best player, Gamoke takes pride in pressuring at a high level. She averages 4.5 steals per game.
Gamoke also works well next to 5’7 guard Emma Breidenbach. She’s scrappy and quick with impressive footwork on the floor. She’s proven to be consistent in transition play and often finishes coast to coast for this squad. She will shoot the three point shot if left open as well. This season she is averaging 8 points per game. In a game against Rice Lake, Breidenbach finished with 17 points. The bench runs deep with this team and a different player could take over any given moment. This team will cause some trouble for opponents come playoffs.
Second in scoring so far is Aquina’s sophomore point guard Macy Donarski Macy Donarski 5'7" | PG Aquinas | 2023 State WI . The standout currently holds over five division one offers. She’s a scoring machine and has been able to score the basketball at all three levels this season. She is averaging nearly 20 points per game and has been consistent every game. She has a smooth perimeter and jumper as well with a quick release- it’s been very difficult for other teams to stop her. In a win over Lake Mills, Donarski finished with 32 points. She’s shown extreme ability to pass the basketball as well- her facilitating and being able to thread the needle is extremely effective. She is averaging 6 assists per game.
Donarski plays alongside the third leading scorer in conference play Jacy Weisbrod Jacy Weisbrod 5'11" | CG Aquinas | 2022 State WI . The shooting guard has exceptional positional height and is a prospect that other teams and coaches should pay close attention too. She’s a lights out shooter who can knock it down from anywhere on the perimeter. Her fee for the game is definitely there by the way she moves without the basketball and finds ways to effortlessly get herself open. She is lethal off the catch and off the dribble. This season the 5’11 junior is averaging 19 points per game. She’s already knocked down over 30 three point baskets. In a win over Assumption, she finished with 27 points.
C Allie Ziebell Allie Ziebell 5'11" | SG Neenah | 2024 State WI of Sparta has been a player to watch ever since she stepped on the court as a freshman and she hasn’t let up since. A competitive forward with incredible composure and footwork on the floor, Ziebell commands attention in the paint. She’s powerful and dominant in the lane- she uses her body well and is a two-way standout. She gets up and down the floor so well and can score going downhill extremely well. This season she is averaging nearly 14 points and 11 rebounds per game. A shot blocker as well, Ziebell is not just intimidating in the lane but she’s able to capitalize on her length and IQ to get nearly 4 blocks per game. Ziebell is committed to Bradley university.

Ellie Kline | Holmen | 5’4 Junior
Kline plays with a great sense of flare offensively. She can shoot from many places on the floor and has great consistency and a quick release. She also has tremendous off ball movement. Averaging 13 points per game. In a win over Menomonie, Kline finished with a season high 19 points a shot 73% from the floor.
Nadia Laufenburg | Sparta | 5’9 Junior
Averaging 7 points per game. Had a standout performance in her first game against Cashton where she scored 18 points and knocked down two three point baskets. In a one point loss over Onalaska, the Sparta standout finished with 8 points.
Haley Valiska | Holmen | 5’4 Senior
A prolific shooter that draws much attention from the defense. She’s extremely versatile and adds so much talent to this team. She does well dishing the basketball on an attack and works well with her teammates to get open within the offense. Averaging 12 points per game. Has made 10 three point baskets so far. Finished with a season high 15 points in a win over Tomah.
Ella Plueger | Tomah | 5’8 Senior
A high tempo guard who makes an impact on both ends. She can score the basketball, distribute and defend at a high level. The senior is averaging 12 points per game. In a win over Luther, Plueger finished with a season-high 20 points. After that standout performance she scored 15 points against Sparta and 16 points in a win over Arcadia.
Bri Bahr | Aquinas | 5’3 Senior
Bahr has been important for this team as she brings composure and quickness to the floor. The point guard does a really great job of playing her role and not forcing anything on either end. This season she is averaging nearly 9 points per game. A shooting machine, Bahr has made over 15 three point baskets so far this season. In a win over Tomah, Bahr finished with 12 points.
