Tatum Tamashiro- 2022, Guard, #11, Rolling Hills Prep(San Pedro, CA)
Tatum Tamashiro of Rolling Hills Prep in San Pedro, CA is full of talent, and skill. One thing I noticed from the get-go is her shooting abilities. Her jump shot is phenomenal, and I could watch her shoot 3’s all day long. Her shot is quick and precise. Tatum has no problem shooting with a defender in her face. Tatum has a killer first step when she begins dribbling towards the basket. In other words, you will have a difficult time stopping her if you are her opponent. Tatum averaged 12.8 PPG and scored a total of 346 points during her sophomore season. She also averages 4.1 APG, 6.0 RPG, and 2.7 SPG. Tatum had a 36% field-goal percentage, averaged 36% from the three-point line, and averaged 71% from the free-throw line. She helped her team achieve a 24-4 overall record, and a 7-0 league record. She is also currently rated #67 in California on MaxPreps Tatum is an all-around talented player that is skilled in every aspect of the game. You can trust her to take initiative, and lead your team to success.
Jailah Donald- 2022, 5’8”, Point Guard, #5, Serra High School (Gardena, CA)
Jailah Donald of Serra High School in Gardena, CA is unstoppable when she is en route to the basket. She is athletic, fast, and talented. Her athleticism shows when she shows her ball-handling skills. She can dribble past any defender with her quick moves. She uses her speed to her ability when dribbling to the basket. You have to be a really good defender if you want to guard Donald properly. Her shooting form is also phenomenal. She has great follow-through and a high arc to her jump shot. Jailah averaged 11.9 PPG and scored a total of 191 points during her sophomore season. Donald had a 43% field-goal percentage, averaged 3.4 APG, 8.4 RPG, and 2.3 SPG. Donald is very active around the boards, she is always attempting to get rebounds on defense and offense. Jailah is an aggressive player that can be entertaining to watch. She is definitely the type of player you want on your collegiate team. She is intense, skilled, and energetic. You won’t want to miss watching her.
Nala Williams- 2022, 5’7”, PG & SG, #10, Captain, Long Beach Poly High School (Long Beach, CA)
Nala Williams of Long Beach Poly High School in Long Beach, CA is the ultimate team player. She does things left and right to help her teammates succeed. She not only creates plays for herself, but she is also constantly looking for open teammates to help them score. She has great vision when she is in possession of the ball and has no problem finding an open teammate. Her passes are precise and firm. Nala is also a great shooter. Williams has a quick release that is hard to guard. Nala averaged 7.2 PPG and scored a total of 224 points during her sophomore season. She also had a 37% field-goal percentage and averaged 61% from the free-throw line. Williams also averaged 2.2 APG, 4.0 RPG, and 1.7 SPG. As captain of her team, she helped her team achieve a 26-7 overall record, and a 12-0 league record. That is something to brag about. She ranks at #14 on MaxPreps for California. Nala Williams is overall a talented player, that will be able to create great opportunities for herself to score. You can trust her to make plays, and not make many mistakes.
