Kamy Peppler Kamy Peppler 5'9" | PG Hortonville | 2022 State WI | Hortonville
Peppler is an outstanding two-way talent. Her strength is definitely her defensive intensity and instincts. She pressures the ball well and reads offensive sets when she’s off the ball. She can score when needed as well and has a consistent jumper. She averaged nearly 15 points per game for her team this season along with 4 assists and 3 steals per game. In a win over a top Neenah team, Peppler scored a season-high 26 points. Peppler is committed to UW Milwaukee.
Ja’Cia Cunningham Ja’Cia Cunningham 5'8" | PG Milwaukee School of Languages | 2022 State WI | Milwaukee School of Languages
Cunningham is a difference maker on the floor. She is great at getting into the lane and finishing contested layups. Her upper body strength made great strides in the last two years, and it is noticeable in situations in the lane where she would create contact and finish through. She’s good in transition, especially when making lead outlet passes to the open man. She led her team in assists last season with 5 per game. She averaged 13 points per game. Cunningham currently holds Two Division 1 offers.
Demetria Prewitt Demetria Prewitt 5'7" | PG Madison La Follette | 2022 State WI | Madison La Follette
Prewitt is great at driving and dishing, and she already understands how to find the open man, sometimes with no look passes. Prewitt is a multi-level scorer with a quick release, especially off the dribble. She can hit tough shots off balance, and her runner/floater game may be the best in the class right now. She possesses an elite finishing back around contact as well. She missed her sophomore season due to an ACL injury and last season due to COVID but is set to be ready to compete this summer with Wisconsin Flight Elite .
Ashlyn Yow Ashlyn Yow 5'6" | PG Waukesha West | 2022 State WI | Waukesha West
Yow is an exciting, playmaking point guard that brings flare to the high school game. She draws much attention from the defense when she has the ball, especially in the pick-and-roll. The ability to put teammates in a position to score with her passion greatly helps her team. Yow averaged 11 points per game this season. In a win over Catholic Memorial, Yow finished with a season-high 19 points. Waukesha West is set to be one of the top teams in the state next season.
Aaliyah Smith Aaliyah Smith 5'5" | PG La Follette | 2022 State #19 Nation WI | Madison La Follette
Smith is a shifty true point guard that has the ball on a string. She is the #2 player in the Class of 2022. She has an amazing change of pace- she goes from fast to slow so well, and this is seen in her pull up game. Her change of direction is also elite. Because of the rhythm of her dribble, she is able to shift directions without making it look unnatural like most players. Her hesitation move is elite as well. We’ve seen Smith compete in showcases as well as summer action with WI Flight Elite. Next season she will compete with Madison La Follette.
Sidney Scruggs Sidney Scruggs 5'6" | PG Milwaukee Riverside | 2022 State WI | Milwaukee Riverside
A lights out shooter that plays with a sense of flare offensively. She can truly shoot from anywhere on the floor due to her consistency and quick release. She avoids closing defenders easily, and can go from pushing to shooting seamlessly. This is a testament to her balance- she can rise into her shot and be perfectly balanced. She can also attack the rim and be explosive as well. She has a range of finish moves in her bag. She missed her junior season due to COVID protocols. She averaged 10 points and 2.2 steals per game during her junior season.
Jaidyn Schlag Jaidyn Schlag 5'5" | PG Appleton West | 2022 State WI | Appleton West
Schlag is a dynamic point guard with a deep bag of skills on the offensive side of the ball. She is a three level scorer that can effortlessly put points on the board; she has a smooth release with fluid mechanics. She is a shot creator with or without the ball on the perimeter. She averaged 10 points per game during her junior season. In her final game against a top Kaukauna team, Schlag finished with a season-high 16 points.
