2022 Rankings: Top Small Forwards

The small forward position in Washington’s junior class has a total of 20 prospects ranked, which is definitely on the higher side. It does not possess the star power of multiple future high major Division 1 players, but there are a handful of D1, D2 and lower level prospects still.
1) 6’3 SF Drea Brumfield Drea Brumfield 6'2" | SF WF West | 2022 State #72 Nation WA of WF West High School ranks number one at the position for her smooth skill set, length and versatility. Brumfield has committed to Pepperdine Univesity.
2) 6’1 SF Avery Watkins Avery Watkins 6'1" | SF Kennedy Catholic | 2022 State WA from Kennedy Catholic High School is a great athlete with the most college-ready frame out of this bunch. She is a good rebounder and slasher on the offensive end.
3) 5’11 SF Jada Walters Jada Walters 5'11" | SF Garfield | 2022 State WA will star at Garfield High School after competing at Bothell High School last year. She is a junk yard dog on the court rebounding, scoring and blocking shots with her strength and athleticism. *Feature image
4) 5’11 SF Tatum Thompson Tatum Thompson 6'0" | SF Woodinville | 2022 State WA hails from Woodinville High School and she shot onto the scene in the 2019-2020 season. She is an unselfish wing player that really gets it done on the defensive end and she can rebound at a high level as well. Nice midrange jumper as too.
5) 6’0 SF Jadyn Watts Jadyn Watts 6'0" | SF West Seattle | 2022 State WA is a player with a high ceiling out of West Seattle High School. She has a college-ready frame right now and outstanding length. Her shooting form is pure and the potential is there as she puts it all together over time.
6) 5’11 SF Colbi Zorich Colbi Zorich 5'11" | SF Inglemoor | 2022 State WA from Inglemoor High School is another really solid wing player. She runs the floor hard, rebounds, defends and plays unselfish basketball while remaining aggressive throughout the game.
