They are a team looking to utilize a normal summer after playing 60 games during the Covid-summer of 2020, every one of their games were in Indiana due to restrictions. They will be a fun team to watch with several kids who can contribute to their attack.
Ashley Fohl, 5-9 2023 Lakota East
Comes from a good program and is coming back from an injury. Her game is back and she works hard on the court. She is a defensive oriented with the ability to lock down her opponent, and she can run the floor well. Ashley has a solid perimeter shot and looks to be a big impact this summer. Strong player with a high basketball IQ.
Cadence Boyd, 5-5 2022 Monroe
Fiery and aggressive, she is a sparkplug on the court for her team. Moves on the court well, solid on both ends of the floor. She is a true leader and point guard for Team Ohio. Needs to be more unselfish, she thinks pass-first. Love her attitude, she is a winner who hopes to make some noise this summer and draw some key attention from coaches.
Meghan Downing Meghan Downing 6'2" | C Tri Village | 2022 State OH , 6-3 2022, Tri Village
The biggest part of her game right now is her defense and the ability for her to alter or block shots around the basket. Many times last season she was around double figures in blocked shots. Long and athletic, Megan moves well around the basket from block to block. Also has good range to her perimeter game, with the ability to score from beyond the arc.
Lexi Cashwell, 5-9 2023, Columbus Bishop Hartley
One of the top rising players in central Ohio, she has a lot of dedication to the game. She has good hands and speed, and is a great defender. Can guard the 2,3,4 positions. Lexi can drive the ball to the hole, or step out and hit the three. Tough 1-v-1 matchup. very long and athletic with great work ethic on and off the court.
Lonna Heath, 5-7 2022, Sidney Fairlawn
While she is constantly working on her craft, one thing that Lonna brings to the game is her ability to score from the perimeter. She has unlimited range and the ability to create an opportunities to get her shot. Working on her handles to become a more rounded player. She runs the floor well and can get to the right spots on the floor.
