India Smith | Team Carolina Williams | 2024
Smith does well moving all around the arc, and she makes sure she is always ready to show off her shot. She attacks the basket, too, blowing by her opponents and using her length to fight for a basket. She even follows shots, and she had a nice rebound that she bumped back to her teammate to score a three pointer late in a game increasing their lead.
Amiyah Ware | FBC Carolinas Elite 16U Adams | 2024
Ware takes rebounds immediately up the other end of the court scoring quickly in transition as she blows by her opponents. She even had a nice up and under move to score some points. She can score through contact for some old fashioned three point plays as well. She doesn’t only score in transition, though, as she made some nice passes up the court threading the needle to get to her teammates.
Tyler Collins Tyler Collins 5'7" | CG West Cabarrus | 2024 State NC | PSB Elite 16U | 2024
Collins is an excellent ball handler finding ways to show off behind the back dribbles to move past her opponents. She can essentially break a press herself. She shoots well from behind the arc. She crashes the boards making sure her team has a chance for the rebound. She hustles back on defense making sure her opponents do not have any fast break opportunities. She even drew a charge on defense showing her IQ on both ends of the court.
Kate Sears | FBC Carolinas Elite David | 2025
Sears (pictured above) can turn a broken down play into something with her hustle and ball moves. She finds ways to get by her opponents to the basket, and she shows off her jump shot, too. She can even sneak baseline with the ball showing off a reverse layup to score. She shows off a nice arc on her shot making it difficult to block when closing out on her.
Ashanti Fox | Carolina Flames 16U EYBL | 2025
Fox is speedy with the ball pushing it up the court. Her IQ is shown with the way she pulls up for a jump shot or takes it all the way to the hoop in transition. She can certainly shoot well from behind the arc. She seemed to be ever present on fast breaks scoring points or dishing it to her teammates. Her speed caused problems on defense, too, knowing how to strip the ball away or jump into passing lanes.
