- Colleena Bryant is a 5’4 2025 Guard from Hype Athletics 2025 Brian. Colleena had a big first game with 26 of her teams 44 points in a loss to The City 2025 Black. I look forward to seeing more of her on day two. Colleena had multiple trips to the free throw line and hit 3 shots from behind the three point line.
- Quinn Sigal is a 5’7 2026 Point Guard from Illinois Rockets White. Quinn had 15 points in a tight game victory against The City 2025 Blue. She did a very good job of handling their pressure defense and finding scoring opportunities. Quinn hit a big 3- pointer deep in the corner off a nice screen at a critical time in the second half. Throughout the Quinn was able to finish in the lane after beating the press or breaking down the girl guarding her.
- Tahlea Tirrell is a 5’9 2025 Wing from EZ Work Elite 2025. Tahlea played a critical role in putting her team in a position to win the game. Playing on the bottom part of their zone she protected the rim with an uncanny ability to block shots. Offensively Tahlea has a nice runner that she can use off the dribble and does a very nice job in the post. When Tahlea catches in the paint she is patient and will find the opening for a jumper, step through or whatever presents itself.
- Myah Maull Myah Maull 5'7" | CG Eastview | 2025 State MN is 5’10 Guard for The City 2025 team. Mya handles the ball as the point guard most of the time, where she uses her height and vision to distribute to her team. She is strong and can handle contact on her way to the rim. Mya had 12 big points in her teams 49-44 victory, including 8 of those coming from the free throw line.
- Dalia Fay is a 5’8 Wing from The City 2025 Blue. Dalia is very athletic and strong which allows her to get into the lane just about anytime she wants. She can finish around the rim and handles the ball well. Dalia finished with 12 points.
- Amiyah Rulford is a 5’8 Wing from The City 2025 Blue. Amiyah had a big second half to keep her team in a situation where they had a chance to win the game. Amiyah is long and silky smooth. She can finish in the lane and hit the three pointer.
- Liz Beto is a 5’9 2025 Wing from the Illinois Rockets 2025 White team. Liz had a nice game scoring 12 points in the victory. She was 6/7 from the free throw line and showed a nice mid range shot to her game. Liz did a good job of drawing contact to create the opportunities at the free throw line.
As we move on to day 2 I look forward to seeing some of the other teams and all of the other talented players in this 14u division.
