Jodi King | F
King (pictured above) has a lot of power in the paint. She does a great job bullying her way in the paint going after rebounds and making sure she has a way to score some points. She anticipates passes on defense grabbing steals and pushing them right up the court. She also has a nice jump shot that she can show off, and she uses a high arc on it to make sure her opponents have trouble blocking it. She sees the floor well, too, knowing when it’s best to pass the ball even when she is right underneath the basket.
Ranon Suttle | G
Suttle already has nice size as an athlete, and she is used to playing against older competition. She facilitates games well moving around the court with the ball letting plays develop. As an excellent shooter, she knows how to drain shots from behind the arc. She crashes the boards, too, finding ways to extent plays. On defense, she uses her length to cause problems jumping into passing lanes grabbing steals that she immediately takes the other direction.
Sirianni can drive through contact, and she does a great job weaving in and out of her opponents to get to the basket, especially at full speed in transition. She sees the floor well making passes underneath to her teammates for the score, and she uses fakes to get around her opponents in order to make these passes. She is a scorer herself, too, taking it all the way to the basket or pulling up for a jump shot.
Caroline Swinson | F
Swinson has some excellent footwork that she uses to have her way in the paint. She has some spin moves and power dribbles that are difficult to defend. She runs the floor well in transition making sure she can score on fast breaks.
Collins has some nice handles with the ball, and she shows off a hesitation move that she uses to blow by her opponents. She is patient when letting a play develop and waits for the perfect time to make her pass. She anticipates passes on defense, too, making sure she causes deflections and grabs the steal herself.
Bailey Page | F
Page makes nice cuts to the basket, and she can put her shot up right off of a pass no matter where she is on the court. She fights for rebounds, and she uses offensive boards to get her own points. She had a nice up and under move off of an offensive rebound where she fought through contact resulting in an old fashioned three point play.
Shehan is especially effective on the press knowing when and how to apply pressure to her opponents. Once she grabs the steal, she moves well to the basket, and she knows how to catch a pass and score it. There is certainly a reason she plays defense at the top of the key in their 1-2-2 scheme.
Samantha Shehan | W
Shehan already has some good height that she uses to cause deflections on defense. She moves well around the court finding the openings on offense and anticipating passes on defense. She is effective on the other end of the court scoring in double digits multiple games over the weekend.
Kitchen has been showing off her talents with Lady Attack Elite 2024 National team this year. She has some speed that she uses when running the floor, and she can score through contact making sure the ball comes off of her fingertips perfectly. She is an excellent shooter from all over the court making her a threat from anywhere.
