Albany Wilson Albany Wilson 5'5" | SF South Florence | 2022 State SC – South Florence HS – One Force
Wilson has been competing on the Lady Bruins Track & Field team this spring. Wilson has been a fixture at South Florence HS since her freshman season. Wilson has the ability to create her own shot and for others. Albany a All-State selection played a very limited season this year and appeared in just 5 games for the Bruins. Wilson has a great knack for scoring the ball.
Zakiyah Moss Zakiyah Moss 5'8" | SG JL Mann | 2022 State SC – Hillcrest HS (Simpsonville) – FBC Carolina Elite
Moss is new name for me until seeing her play last month. Moss has a nice mid-range with her ability to get to open shots on the floor and handle the rock like a point guard. Zakiyah was really comfortable scoring the ball in transition while filling the lane.
Somarian Webb Somarian Webb 5'10" | SF Pendleton | 2022 State SC – Pendleton HS – FBC Carolina Elite
Webb was named Region 1-AAA CO-Player of the Year this season for the Lady Bulldogs. Webb feels really comfortable handling the ball out on the perimeter and shows to have good overall skills. Webb could be a mismatch at times on the floor with her versatility to play in the back court and out on the perimeter.
Savannah Porterfield Savannah Porterfield 5'9" | SF Byrnes | 2022 State SC – Byrnes HS (Duncan) – SC76ers 17U Premier
Porterfield plays a solid role for this talented SC76ers 17U Premier squad. Porterfield won’t hesitate to get on the floor for a loose ball, take a charge, come up with a big shot or just make a extra pass to a teammate. Porterfield makes the engine go for the Lady Runnin Rebels.
Ja’Niyah Waters Ja’Niyah Waters 5'9" | SF Lake View | 2022 State SC – Lake View HS – Team Lake View (pictured on front)
Waters stays local over in the Pee Dee area and really doesn’t play much Grassroots basketball. Waters does play with her local team consisting mostly of her teammates. Waters averaged 15.8 ppg, 4.9 rebounds and 3.4 steals for the Lady Gators (12-1) this season. Waters currently has scored 955 career points in 4 seasons for the Class 1A school located on the North-South Carolina State Line. Waters plays very well away from the ball with her versatility on the floor.
