1. Quiana Vasquez 5’8 PG Salem HS 2022
Quiana is one of the most dangerous guards in the 757 for her class when it comes to creating off the dribble. Vasquez uses her quickness and handle to torch the defense, and if you fall in love with stopping her from slashing, she has a quick release from deep. At the run, Vasquez displayed confort throwing bullet passes with either hand. I am very excited to see her senior campaign nezt season!
2. Amaris Felton- 5’10 Wing Salem HS 2021
Felton has the type of personality to fit in with any team. An off guard with size, Felton is an impact wing on both sides of the ball. Felton showed off deep range with the lefty jumper at the run, and she can guard several positions comfortably. Felton and her fellow senior on this list are late game steals for sure.
3. Kiara Shepherd- 5’9 Wing Deep Creek HS 2021
Simply put, Shepherd can go. The off guard showed insane athleticism at the run last weekend. A menace in the open court, Shepherd was able to wrap it around her back while going full speed, and finish cleanly in traffic. Shepherd brings speed and coordination that you can’t really teach. With her in the open court, any college coach can do serious damage.
4. Tinasia Spencer Tinasia Spencer 5'8" | CG Princess Anne | 2024 State VA – 5’7 CG Princess Anne 2024
Tinasia is a scrapper. Recently, I saw her win MVP at Boo playing up in the 17s bracket. Spencer is a 2 way guard, using her agility and strength to stop the ball and get the steal, or play the passing lanes. Spencer also has a high motor, giving her a great chance at reaching her full potential. If she continues to round out her skill set, Spencer will remain one of the best guard prospects for her class in the 757.
