Jasmine Grant Jasmine Grant 6'0" | PF Summerville | 2022 State SC – Summerville HS – Lowcountry Premier Ballers 17U
Grant brought some good skills to the table this past weekend at Carolina Courts. Grant showed good versatility with the ball in her hands heading up the floor in transition. Jasmine made some good outlet passes to teammates down the floor. Jasmine is looking to have a breakout summer and season for the Lady Green Wave this coming season.
Nadia Dial Nadia Dial 6'0" | PF Fort Mill | 2022 State SC – Fort Mill HS – Lady Attack Elite
Dial is a face-up 4 on the floor and she showed a lot of potential. Dial can put the ball on the floor and get to the rack on a handful of dribbles. Dial was able to block a few shots and change the game on the defensive end of the floor at times this weekend. Dial felt very comfortable knocking down some jump shots on the perimeter.
Raven Johnson Raven Johnson 6'2" | C Westwood | 2023 State SC – Westwood HS – SC76ers 16U Select
Johnson a post player was a pleasant surprise with her play this weekend. Johnson a slender post has great length and wingspan. Johnson still must get stronger is able to run the floor and rebound the ball on both ends.
Zania Garvin Zania Garvin 5'11" | PF Cy-Fair | 2024 TX (2024) – Woodland HS (Dorchester) – IDreams 15U (pictured on front)
Garvin 5’11 is a RAW talent on the floor for Head Coach Shaunzinski Gortman. Garvin was active in the passing lanes with her long wingspan. Garvin still needs to figure how to finish games and play hard at all times. Garvin has some tools and still possibly could be growing still down the road.
Victoria Morris Victoria Morris 5'9" | SF South Pointe | 2024 State SC (2024) – South Pointe HS (Rock Hill) – SC76ers 16U Select
This was my first time seeing Morris play this past weekend. I have seen Morris’s name on several rosters this spring and just not able to see her play. Morris plays the game quite aggressive for her young age. Morris had good reactions towards the ball and was best suited slashing to the basket.
