Frankee Payne Frankee Payne 5'5" | PG South Gwinnett | 2024 State GA put Region 4-7A on notice with her lethal three-point shooting. The strongly built lefty is a flame thrower that scores all over the floor. She had multiple games with over four three-pointers made. Her scoring prowess has already landed her an offer from Vanderbilt.

There’s something to be said for a freshman that enters the varsity ranks and produces like a senior. Lucy Hood Lucy Hood 5'9" | PG Rabun County | 2024 State GA has the “it” factor. She’s athletic, but it’s her polish and understanding of the game which is most impressive. She has a tight handle and can attack downhill all while surveying the floor for shooters. Hood gets after it on defense as an on-ball defender. Her motor and IQ helped her average 9.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.7 steals while shooting 39% from three.

The long forward really found her groove after New Years, becoming an offensive threat and a solid rebounder. Wyatt scores in the paint and has the size and foot speed to defend multiple spots. She averaged 8.5 points and 4.4 rebounds and will likely be the next St. Francis post to development into a highly sought-after prospect.

The importance of Micheala Bogans Micheala Bogans 5'5" | PG Cross Creek | 2024 State GA during Cross Creek’s state championship run cannot be overstated. Bogans did not play like a freshman at all. She plays like a seasoned veteran. Bogans is a great ball handler that doesn’t get flustered. She excels at getting the ball where it needs to go. When she looks for her offense, Bogans can get it from beyond the arc or at the rim with some nifty finishes. She produced 10.3 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 2.4 steals per game.

I love the aggression Des’Teyn Seaton Des’Teyn Seaton 5'9" | SF Veterans | 2024 State GA plays with. She flies all over the court combining a great motor with above average athleticism. Seaton can play multiple positions. She’s a pitbull in the paint when battling for putbacks but also has the skill to attack from the perimeter and get downhill. Seaton averaged 9.6 points and 6.2 rebounds as a relentless wing.

It didn’t take long for Nevaeh Mack Nevaeh Mack 5'5" | PG Warner Robins | 2024 State GA to make an immediate impact at the varsity level, helping Warner Robins to a 20-5 season. She’s a tough guard with a strong feel for the game. She loves to get out and go in transition, attacking backpedaling defenders. Mack does a nice job balancing her offense with involving others. She can shoot the three off the dribble and has a creative offensive game.

Ellie Southards Ellie Southards 5'8" | SG Rabun County | 2024 State GA may be a bit of a tweener on offense between a shooting guard and a small forward for the next level, but her toughness and shot making will lead to a memorable career at Rabun County. Southards is a sniper from the corners. Once defenses try to run her off the line, she attacks the rim with power, squaring her shoulders to finish through defenders. Southards is a tough-nosed rebounder and a physical defender that takes away airspace. She averaged 9.2 points and 4.7 rebounds while shooting 39% from three.

The Region 2-5A Freshman of the Year tallied 11.9 points, 2.5 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 2.3 steals. Her versatility and streaky outside shooting helped Harris County to a 16-9 record.

Angie Dowdell Angie Dowdell 5'4" | PG Troup County | 2024 GA worked her way into the rotation, averaging 7.6 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 2.1 steals. She’s got a strong body and is patient with the ball, able to handle pressure and initiate the offense. Dowdell has upside as a scorer, able to get to the hoop and finish through contact.

Dakota Phillips Dakota Phillips 5'8" | PG Hart County | 2024 State GA is a strong guard that does a good job attacking the paint. She’s physical enough to help on the glass. Phillips has vision as a passer and is improving as an outside shooter.

Mullins has begun to pick up steam over the travel ball season. She helped guide Pickens to an Elite Eight appearance as a crafty guard that knows how to slice her way to the basket. Mullins keeps defenses honest with her outside shot. Caroline’s athletic frame and work ethic should carry her a long way.
