I had the pleasure of covering Rise Up's All Eyes On She Tournament a few weeks ago, yeah I'm late, I'm even later with day 2 Heart of Texas as well as even more from Border War 2021 yet when the ball stops bouncing after club season is over and I start doing remixes on who, how and where, you'll get it so here are some of the standouts from the JV Division

Zanyra Adams (SA Lady Hoops Gray) 2023
Adams was a guest player on this squad from her organization, she usually plays on BLACK and showed me her desire and fight as one of those BLACK and BLUE #THROWBACK players because she will not be outworked, she gives it all on both ends, be it battling for loose balls of the rim or on the floor, she plays the passing lane and she can "man up" in a hunnid, that's full-court and I love seeing on-ball defense and understanding how to trap and force the trap yet she also elevated in that paint to score, this includes putbacks and her fierceness is just over the top
Danielle Porter (Houston Queens 16U) 2023
Porter sold me the first time I saw her at Duel For The Dynasty and my initial impression translated to this "I love watching #THROWBACK type stuff and seeing her BATTLE for everything off the rim, on the floor, or in the stands just took me back to another era" and please understand that I don't need to see players a thousand times to know what I'm looking at and every time I catch her, she's doing that and more. She finishes strongly, and if you're wondering how strong, with players literally hanging on her yet she has upside
Noelle Raggio (Austin Elite Fire) 2024
Raggio just keeps showing me why I call her red every time I see her play. First of all, her hair is red and she plays on Fire yet the nets are usually on FIRE as she creates her shot from, well anywhere, and shoots it from, you guessed it, anywhere. Mid to long-range on the pull-up or in transition is nice, but seeing her drop it in transition or coming off of a screen and let me not even start with how the "catch and shoot" is coming along nicely so factor in she's a SHOOTER that can also mix it up and score off the dribble, very good upside

Niyah Waters (Competitive Edge) 2025
Waters left me somewhat speechless at Border War 2021 and it was no doubt I would be adding her to the initial 2025 Watch List coming up soon. She's long and athletic yet she doesn't even realize how good she is which is scary because she does things INSTINCTIVELY, her first step is a monster that gets even scarier with her body control and watching her drop the pull-up jumper with ease, elevating over defenders speaks volumes
Sadie Sanchez (Hoops 10 United) 2025
Sanchez falls into the "talent is everywhere" category I use to preach to those national evaluators back in the day yet I actually know what I'm looking at and watching her mannerisms on the court sold me at the Girls Got Game Individual Showcase the day before the event. I love seeing players in multiple settings, she expanded what she did during the event even more by scoring at Will and showing no Grace as she attacks, finishes after contact, and her deceptive first step with a little "shake and bake" usually needs added help on defense. Yes, she will definitely be added to the 2025 Watch List
