Tatem Adair Tatem Adair 5'2" | PG Wichita Southeast | 2022 State KS -5’1 PG (Dynasty 17U) 2022
Adair was seen multiple times in multiple states and one thing remained constant, she understands how to run a team, she’s vocal, pushes the ball when needed, has SWB, speed with ball, yet can also slow it down and run sets. She’s vocal on the court, directs traffic, and could shoot the mid to long-range
Brookelyn Williams Brookelyn Williams 5'10" | SF Wichita Heights | 2022 State KS -5’9 SF (Dynasty 17 U) 2022
Willams is long and athletic and her ability to dazzle with highlight finishes attacking the rim or playing the passing lane and going coast to coast made me smile. Solid and rebounder and defender
McKayla Miller McKayla Miller 6'1" | CG Cimarron | 2023 State KS -6’1 PF (Gameball 2022) 2023
Miller Time took a whole new meaning after watching her observe the defense and play the passing lane and with her size, handling the ball coast to coast and finishing that way as well as attacking and finishing that way not to leave out the offensive rebounds for putbacks, all after contact
Keyona Hall-5’8 CG (Gameball 2024) 2024
Hall may not be related to Arsenio but she was an immediate hit primarily because of her tenacity on defense, truly a lost art and I love #THROWBACK stuff yet she also rebounds on both ends, creates her shot to attack, or drop a solid pull-up jumper
Elle Hatcher Elle Hatcher 6'0" | PF Liberal | 2024 State KS -6’0 PF (Gameball 2024) 2024
Hatcher is at “the magic number” that’s 6’0 which virtually assures a next level opp if you have a good skill-set and she will have quite a few opportunities on where she decides because she has good timing on defense, to rebound or block shots, she alters and deflects as well and she can handle the ball coast to coast under pressure and finish
Hayden Snodgrass Hayden Snodgrass 5'9" | CG Andover Central | 2024 State KS -5’8 SG (Kansas United 2024)
Snodgrass mowed the lawn with an array of ways to drop the long ball. First of all, she can create it while being defended yet she understands how to come off of a screen and release it at the right time but what really kept pulling at me was her ability to “catch and shoot” with accuracy, that is really big
Marayah Coleman-5’10 SF (Kansas United 2025 Soyez)
Coleman has got to be related to the cooler folks because she handles pressure nicely, first of all, she understands how to use her body, has good timing, rebound on both ends, putbacks with players hanging on her and she showed a pull-up jumper
Valerie Norwood-5’7 CG (Kansas United 2025 Soyez)
Norwood is heady, she sees the floor very well, and her crisp passes on the money were nice, so was her passes that lead the player, just keep running and she will get it to you, but she also controls the tempo and scored, numerous times off the dribble
Megan Spray-5’9 F (W Kansas Elite 2022 Cossman)
Spray has the right last name as she sprayed jumpers from everywhere as she showed she could create her shot while being defended and get to various spots to let it go. The release is quick and fluid
Kyla Herkfens-5’9 SF (Wheat State Nicholson 2024)
Herkfens has quite a few symbols buy her name which means she did what I saw very well, like rebounding and understanding positioning or a deceptive first step to either attack and finish or just elevate for the pull-up jumper
Brooklyn Gormley Brooklyn Gormley 6'1" | PF Seaman | 2024 State KS -6’1 (Wheat State Stewart 2024)
Gormley is 73 inches tall, which’s over the magic number and the magic gets better watching her on the court because she’s long and athletic, she plays the passing lane and can handle the ball and score after the steal yet she also handles it in the set and takes defender with ease, let me also add she has god timing on defense
Aubrie Kierscht Aubrie Kierscht 5'6" | CG Salina Central | 2022 State KS -5’6 G (Wheat State Paul 2022)
Kierscht showed The Hez so many times that I knew it wasn’t an accident and that was one of her “go-to” moves for certain because she created spacing for the pull-up jumper, I’m talking mid to long-range and she attacked off the dribble as well
Ava Jones Ava Jones 6'2" | PF Nickerson | 2023 State KS -6’3 P (Wheat State Paul 2022)
Jones is letting me close Border War 2021 with she’s “long and athletic” and that plus her height probably has kept her phone ringing and her mailbox full, if not, it should have because just her intimidating presence in the paint to alter, deflect or block shots with excellent timing, to go with her strong rebounding, on both ends, her putbacks on the offensive end, yeah including contact, and she runs the floor on both ends
