Laney Scoggins Laney Scoggins 6'0" | SF Hoggard | 2023 State NC (FBC Carolina Elite Lyn, PF) showed off her shooting ability from behind the three point line. She uses her length in the paint to score against her opponents. She makes nice cuts down to the block with her hands ready to catch the pass and put up her shot. She follows shots going after rebounds, and these can be lethal on offense when she gets second chances.
Kylie Chavis Kylie Chavis 5'9" | CG Purnell Swett | 2023 State NC (FBC Carolina Elite Lyn, PG, pictured above) does a great job grabbing steals to take the other direction no matter what kind of contact may be in her way. She consistently jumps into passing lanes and dives after loose balls. She can score three points from behind the three point or the old fashioned way battling in the paint.
Madisyn Jordan Madisyn Jordan 6'0" | SG Panther Creek | 2023 State NC (Carolina Flames 16U EYBL, SG) got her name in the steals category pushing it up the court in transition. Her hands were constantly causing deflections on defense. She was tough in the paint diving on loose balls, and she was aggressive going after rebounds.
Jordyn Latter Jordyn Latter 5'8" | SF Providence Day | 2023 State NC (Team Curry 16U UAA, SF) battles for rebounds. She had a nice spin move off of an offensive rebound that she put right back up for some points. She is aggressive on defense picking the pocket of her opponents and taking them the other direction showing off some nice ball handling moves along the way.
