An extremely active player that has a great build. She is a multilevel scorer that turns the corner and attacks the basket well. She also has good 3-point range making her a massive threat anywhere on the floor. Although passing has not been her strongest skill in the past, she has recently shown that she can get the ball into the interior with good post entry passes. While she shines on offense, she plays great defense as well. Hudgins is active in the passing lanes and moves her feet very well. Her second session should be one to watch.
#32 Jordan Jones Jordan Jones 6'0" | CG Regis Jesuit | 2022 CO | 2022 | 6’0 SG | Hardwood Elite 3SSB 17U
Jones is a great size at 6’0” and has a college-ready body. Her game has a rock-solid foundation that fits her body type. On top of that, she works extremely hard on both ends of the court. She hustles hard on defense, locks her opponent down, and gets after it. Her defensive efforts help her convert to offense. She is a good ball-handler and has a relatively consistent shot. She distributes the ball well and makes quality decisions.
#44 Sam Crispe Sam Crispe 6'1" | PF Arapahoe | 2022 State CO | 2022 | 6’2” PF | Hardwood Elite 3SSB 17U
Crispe is a fantastic stretch 4. She can score in a multitude of ways, including back to the basket going over her right and her left shoulder, making her a huge threat in the post. She can stretch it out to 17 feet and can consistently make her shots. When her defenders get wise and close out hard, she attacks the basket and finishes well. She has many moves in her bag as well as footwork to match. She can even shoot the three. Defensively, she is an effective rim protector and has the timing to block shots into the stands. She rebounds very well and makes great decisions. She should be on a list to watch.
#0 Brooke Murrell Brooke Murrell 6'2" | PF Thomas Jefferson | 2023 State CO | 2023 | 6’0” PF | Hardwood Elite 3SSB 17U
Murrell is a good-sized power forward that gets after it. She uses her length to her advantage and rebounds hard. She can push the ball in transition and distributes well. She uses good spacing to get herself an open look. Murrell can shoot pretty well beyond the arch, but her strength lies in rebounding and in smart body positioning. She runs the floor hard for easy points, gets herself in good rebounding position for easy putbacks, and rebounds hard on both ends of the floor and on free throws—a player who knows her roll and plays it well.
#20 Damara Allen Damara Allen 5'10" | SG Cherokee Trail | 2024 State CO | 2024 | 5’9 SG | CO Premier U15
Allen places a personal emphasis on defense. She uses her athletic ability to get into passing lanes; she keeps her head on a swivel and gets frequent tips on the ball. She has a strong build that she uses to her advantage on the boards; she rebounds hard on both the offensive and defensive end. She can get to the rim well, keeps her head up, and decides whether to pass or to score by herself; she can do both easily. Will be fun to watch her in the second summer session.
#22 Gabriella Cunningham Gabriella Cunningham 5'8" | SG Grandview | 2024 State CO | 2024 | 5’9” G | CO Premier U15
Cunningham is a young, active, lockdown defender. She has a solid frame that allows her to be strong with the ball and on defense. She is very active on the defensive end and within a press. She gets out in passing lanes and creates disruptions that her teammates use to their advantage. She has good hands that can catch wild passes, which she can convert on—overall a solid freshman with a good attitude and a bright future.
#0 Tahlaya Biglow Tahlaya Biglow 5'6" | PG Doherty | 2024 State CO | 2024 | 5’5 G | CO Premier U15
She may be tiny, but she is fierce. The saying “heart over height” really rings true with Biglow. She plays at 120% for the entire game. She has good handles and is shifty with her movements. She has the ability to get into the lane, finish and distribute to her teammates. Even at 5’5”, she isn’t afraid of finishing in the lane against bigger players. She’s active defensively, gets low, and dictates her man’s offensive direction. High IQ player.
