RECRUITING
2023 Alancia Ramsey Alancia Ramsey 6'0" | PF St Thomas Aquinas | 2023 State FL (St. Thomas Aquinas / Essence) picked up an offer from George Washington University in Washington, DC. The 6’0 forward is a major force in the paint on both the offensive and defensive side of the floors. She is one of the most impactful rebounders I have seen during the high school and travel season. She has a strong frame, with broad shoulders, and is hard to move down low. Her motor and energy are fun to watch and infectious to her teammates. She was one of the summer’s biggest stock risers and has the ability to be a impactful player at the collegiate level and still has two years of high school eligibility left. It will be fun to watch for the next two years and see her continued development!
2023 6’3 Forward Caitlin Stanley (Essence Girls Basketball) picked up offers from George Mason and Eastern Michigan after a solid performance for Essence during the July evaluation period. Stanley is a big body that can be a major force in the paint. She runs the floor well for her size, controls both the offensive and defensive boards, and finishes well at the rim vs contact. The 6’3 Forward played up at 17U level with Essence on the EYBL circuit, getting spot minutes behind 2022 Janiah Barker Janiah Barker 6'2" | SF Montverde Academy | 2022 State #3 Nation FL .
